The Stazzi Apartments are located in the seaside town of Badesi on the coast, in the province of Sassari in Sardinia.

This complex is made up of 3 accommodations, so once you make your booking you will be assigned an apartment in one of these accommodations, you can choose any of them!

Each accommodation has garden areas around it and the different apartments are decorated in different ways, each apartment is unique!

Li Scalitti Apartments

The complex is located in an area of 20,000 m² and consists of 12 apartments located on the first floor.

The different apartments have been built in an architectural style typical of the houses of Gallura, with the use of granite and wood. At the back of the apartments there is a dense grove with the typical essence of Sardinia that together with the sea breeze, will refresh the pleasant atmosphere.

The accommodation also has an outdoor car park area. Afurthermore, you can also use the outdoor swimming pool of the La Pietraia complex (about 200 meters from your accommodation).

The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and have a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

Giagumeddu Apartments

The complex is located on top of one of the hills that frame the sandy valley of Badesi.

In these apartments they wanted to reproduce the architectural style of the "palazzeto" using granite, wood, terracotta and wrought iron.

This complex also has an outdoor car park area. In addition, you can also enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, great!

The apartments with a capacity of up to 4 people have a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen area. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

Apartments La Pietraia

The apartments were built in the typical style of the old farmhouse of Gallura with the exclusive use of granite, for the construction of the exterior, giving it a touch of antiquity.

This complex also has an outdoor car park area. In addition, you can alsoenjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, great!

The apartments with a capacity of up to 4 people have a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

The lofts with capacity up to 4 people have two levels. You will find a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area equipped with basic kitchenware and bathroom with shower or bathtub.

We recommend you to visit the beautiful beaches of Badesi and the island, as well as tourist resorts such as Costa Padariso, Isola Rossa, Palau, Maddalena island and more.

The beautiful and well known city of Sassari is about 50 km from Badesi and the capital of the island, Cagliari is 250 km away.

We have stayed at this location for 5 nights as part of a holiday package. I'll start by saying that all the places recommended by Bruno were amazing—absolutely unbelievable spots with crystal-clear water and lovely beaches that weren’t crowded with tourists. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed discovering the beauty of Sardinia. Five stars for the locations that Bruno suggested. However, the accommodation itself only deserves 2 stars at best. There were no basic necessities provided, and I mean the very basics. There were no soup bowls, no toilet paper (only one roll provided, and we had to purchase more), no salt, sugar, oil, dish sponge, hand soap, or kitchen roll. They only recommended a store where we could buy all of these items. Even worse, there was no air conditioning or fan, which made staying there in Sardinia's August heat of 40°C unbearable. We were forced to leave the windows open at night, but there were no mosquito nets, so we were bitten by mosquitoes every single night. We left on the last day covered in bites. Also, there was no washing machine. They suggested a laundromat that was only a 5-minute drive away, which isn’t far, but it was overcrowded. For 2 days, we were forced to go there and wait for others to finish their laundry before we could clean ours—not exactly how you'd like to spend your holiday. If everything had been at least a little clearer from the beginning, it would have given people a chance to decide if they wanted to book there or look elsewhere. Additionally, they have what appears to be a restaurant, but it was always closed—not even open to buy water or a few drinks for the night. I hope they will improve all these aspects, as they have the potential to become an amazing place to stay.
