Many things need improving...
The accommodation has no disabled access at all — everything is stairs and slopes to get to the accommodation, the restaurant, the bar, the pools and everywhere else. Steep slopes and lots of steps; there isn’t an elevator... the pools aren’t adapted either.
Food was very poor and repetitive...

The whole complex also has a lot of stairs — we spent the whole day going up and down to get anywhere (the upside is we got some exercise!). We also felt the cleaning wasn’t thorough.
