  • The outbound journey is overnight, meaning you will board the ferry and spend the first night on board. You will arrive on the island the following morning.
    • Please note that hotel check-in will be available from midday onwards. Until then, you will not have access to your room or hotel facilities to rest, so we recommend taking this into account when planning your trip.

  • However, for operational reasons, the route may also be operated by GNV, another company covering the same route.
  • The final ferry operator will be confirmed directly at the port on the day of departure.
  • This will not affect your booking or the contracted services. The ferry company may simply assign the vessel according to operational needs.

Optional extra services

  • During the booking process, you will have the option to add vehicle transport on the ferry for both the outbound and return journeys.

How does the board basis work?

  • If you book a meal plan, it will always begin at the accommodation. Please note that meals are not included on the ferry.

    • Full Board: lunch on the first day.

  • If your booking includes 4 people or fewer, you’ll share a single cabin. * If you’d like to have two cabins, you can contact us here and we’ll check for availability.

Travelling to Ibiza with your car? Here’s what you need to know

Between 1 June and 30 September 2026, Ibiza has introduced a daily limit on the number of vehicles allowed to circulate and stay on the island: 17,668 vehicles per day.

How does it work and how could it affect your trip?

Your booking does not include vehicle boarding, but you can add it as an extra during the booking process. If you choose this option:

  • once your booking is confirmed, we will ask you for your vehicle details and send them directly to the ferry company.

  • the ferry company will request the vehicle authorisation. Depending on availability, they will confirm whether the Consell d’Eivissa has approved or denied the request. As soon as we receive an update, we will let you know.

  • this authorisation costs €1 per day, but don’t worry, the ferry company covers this fee, so you won’t need to pay anything.

  • electric vehicles and vehicles with ECO or ZERO emissions labels are subject to a specific regulation and are not affected in the same way by the general quota, provided they are correctly accredited.

  • if your vehicle authorisation is denied, you can choose whether to continue with your holiday or cancel your booking.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I know before booking whether my vehicle will be authorised? No. The ferry company can only request the authorisation once they receive the vehicle details, so it is not possible to know in advance whether it will be approved or denied.

  • Who requests the vehicle authorisation? The ferry company handles the process directly. After your booking, we will request the necessary information and forward it to them so they can manage the application.

  • Do I need to pay any fee for the authorisation? No. The €1 per day fee is fully covered by the ferry company.

  • What vehicle information will you ask for? After booking, we will request the necessary details to process the authorisation, including the licence plate number and other identifying vehicle information.

  • When will I know if my vehicle has been authorised? The ferry company will inform us once the Consell d’Eivissa has approved or denied the application. We will contact you as soon as we receive their response.

  • Can I still travel if my vehicle is not authorised? Yes, but without boarding your vehicle.

  • Do electric, ECO or ZERO vehicles also need authorisation? Yes, they must be correctly accredited, but they are subject to a specific regulation and are not affected in the same way by the general quota.

Curiosities About Es Canar: Much More Than Just a Beach

Es Canar is one of the most special corners of Santa Eulalia del Río. Discover a few details you may not know:

  • Cradle of the Hippy Spirit

Es Canar is home to the famous Punta Arabí Hippy Market, the oldest and largest on the island. Held every Wednesday since 1973, it’s the perfect place to find authentic handmade crafts and soak up Ibiza’s true bohemian essence.

  • An Environment to Explore

Just a short distance away lies Cala Nova, one of the island’s few beaches where, depending on the currents, you can even go surfing.

  • Connected by Sea

From the small port of Es Canar, daily boats (local ferries) depart directly to Ibiza town and even to the paradise island of Formentera. Enjoy a scenic coastal journey that becomes an experience in itself.

Are you ready to live the summer with us? The Mediterranean is waiting for you!

10 Maria Teresa Garcia Travelled with family August 2026 The location, the beaches, the staff's attention, the buffet, the cleanliness!
Yes, during siesta time, it would be good if some of the cleaning ladies didn't shout so much from one end of the corridor to the other when speaking to each other, and if they respected the after-lunch rest a bit more.

6.9 Sergio Travelled solo August 2026 The hotel is somewhat outdated in certain respects. For example, the TV only receives five or six channels and the picture cuts out on the rest (TVE1, TVE2, Antena 3, Telecinco, Cuatro, La Sexta, I think that’s it). The bathrooms are old and there is no fridge in the room — every 3* hotel I have stayed in (and there have been hundreds) had one. The bathroom door in room 244 was swollen from water that had been spilled on the floor. The rooms are acceptable but not up to a 3* standard. The buffet is very basic and repetitive — the same every day. Not offering a paella or a fish rice dish while on an island, when the cost is negligible, is hard to understand and is clearly an area for improvement.

9.1 Monica Travelled with couple August 2026 Location in a very good area, quiet and family-friendly. The airport bus stops at the hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. Cold water dispensers in several areas of the hotel that operate all day. The air conditioning worked very well in our room. We chose All-Inclusive and it was the right decision. We enjoyed it a lot; great value for money — I recommend it.
The air conditioning in the dining room didn’t cool very well, but they had fans.

6.6 Manuel Travelled with couple August 2026 Friendly staff, an average hotel, good location if you want peace and quiet.
Personal amable, hotel normal, ubicación buena si buscas tranquilidad.
Old-fashioned rooms; in mine I could hear the noise of some machines all night, which I understand were the air-conditioning units. There is also a car park problem: the hotel has no car park, there are three hotels together and very little car park space for them all. There is a private car park, an area of bare ground, but the price is excessive.

9.4 Fco Javier Travelled with family August 2026 Very clean hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional staff. We stayed five nights and had a wonderful time. The buffet food was very good (for a 3-star hotel), the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The only thing I mention not as a complaint but as a suggestion is that they should have a proper first-aid kit: my daughter burned herself at the buffet and there was no burn cream. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Maybe a bit more entertainment for the children.

8.3 Gemma Travelled with family August 2026 The staff were very attentive, and I loved the facilities and the location.
As an improvement, the food should be more varied, especially on the all-inclusive plan — sometimes the evening meals were leftovers from earlier and you get tired of eating the same thing all the time. On the other hand, more should be invested in cleaning; I don’t think it’s the cleaners’ fault, rather they only have just enough time to clean and some guests are extremely filthy (I speak from experience as I’ve seen rooms that were frightening to enter), so staff then need to spend more time and can’t get everything done.

I would extend the dinner hours a little as they are aimed at foreign guests... and if you are Spanish and make the most of the day and arrive to dine around 9:15pm, forget about having dinner.

4.7 Alberto Travelled with couple July 2026 The destination itself
El destino en si mismo
The air conditioning had been broken for more than a month, yet everyone who arrived was told it had broken yesterday (regardless of their arrival date). Guests ask to speak to the manager and reception tell them they will come tomorrow, even when we’re standing right behind and the staff start whispering among themselves that she’s inside. They charge €1 in case you fancy taking a grubby plastic glass, so if you go to the pool and want a drink don’t forget to bring your own container. The courtesy beach towels are not only charged at €2, but they also want to charge an extra euro to replace them if they are wet. The facilities are lamentable, as is the entertainment, which is all held indoors because the other hotels have complained. In short: it’s an unrecommended 1980s hotel where the staff lie to you and laugh in your face.

6 Ivan Travelled with family July 2026 Plenty of staff available to assist you with any service (information, waiters, etc.)
From the beach you need to go around the block to enter through the main door. There is no private or affiliated car park available. An important point that left us very disappointed was the air-conditioning failure — we were without air-conditioning for six days during a heatwave. For us air-conditioning was essential and it was one of the main reasons we chose the holiday.

The air conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay and we were only told about it on arrival, even though they had known for days. It was a complete disaster to be so hot during our holiday. The food was also rather poor in quality.
