La animación, la comida y la ubicación.
Deberían mejorar el uso del ascensor, se tardaba mucho porque no funcionaban todos los ascensores y por la noche había muy poca animación para niños... La animación era para gente mayor a veces y duraba muy poco. Tampoco me parece bien que simplemente el agua había q pagarla para comer y cenar en pension completa.

There are 4 lifts and only 2 of them work, and they’re so slow that if you’re on a high floor it feels like a lifetime waiting;
The meal and dinner times are very limited for Spaniards, as we don’t eat that early;
The hotel has access to the promenade, but that door closes at 9pm, so you have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the beach. It’s ridiculous to advertise beach access if you can’t use it 24 hours a day;
The all-inclusive option isn’t really “all-inclusive”, there are caveats. The hours are limited, and so are the services and products, because the snacks they offer are leftovers from previous meals (when there even are any), as we never managed to get any since they weren’t available whenever we went to the restaurant;
There are very few evening activities— for a 4-star hotel, there’s barely any entertainment, just until about 10:30pm at most;
Lastly, the room cleaning is non-existent, they just pull up the bed covers a bit but don’t actually clean or change anything, because one of our sheets got stained on the first day when we had a cut, and it stayed like that until the end of the stay...
Everything is geared towards foreign tourists, from the mealtimes to the entertainment...
One more thing, I’d say the terrace could do with a small clothes airer, because on windy days, towels can blow away since there isn’t much space.

Los horarios de comidas y cenas son escasos para españoles que no los realizamos tan pronto;
El hotel tiene acceso al paseo marítimo pero esa puerta a las 21:00 se cierra y te toca dar la vuelta al hotel para salir a la playa, es absurdo ese horario si se vende con acceso a playa y no dispones de ello 24h;
El todo incluido realmente no es "todo", hay matices. Los horarios son escasos, y las limitaciones de servicios y productos también, porque los snacks que te proponen son sobras de comidas anteriores (eso cuando los hay) porque nosotros no pudimos disfrutar de ninguno ya que no estaba disponible cuando íbamos al restaurante;
Hay pocas actividades nocturnas, para ser 4 estrellas no tiene animación apenas, solo hasta las 22:30 como mucho;
Por último, la limpieza de las habitaciones nula, te estiran la cama un poco pero ni limpian ni cambian nada, porque con una herida se nos manchó una sábana el primer día y hasta el último ahí ha estado...
Todo gira en torno al turista extranjero, horarios, animaciones..
Por añadir otra cosa, diría que le falta un pequeño tendedero en la terraza, porque hay días de mucho aire que las toallas colgadas pueden salir volando y no hay mucho espacio.

No puede ser que alguien entre enfermo y lo propague, pasaría en la mayoría de los hoteles y no somos casos puntuales. Tanto mi novia como yo enfermamos, a mi tuvo que recogerme la ambulancia y mi novia 3 dias seguidos tuvo que ir ingresada en urgencias con sospecha de pancreatitis por la intoxicación. Han arruinado nuestras vacaciones y la recuperación a posterior; ya que mi novia lleva 10 dias desde entonces sin encontrarse bien. Los ascensores una pena, funcionan dos lentos y mal, en una semana se rompieron dos veces, y una de ellas perdimos el desayuno porque estubimos esperando más de 40 minutos.
Deberían de renovar los ascensores y si la piscina de chorros de niños y las cascadas no funcionan y no la van a arreglar, comunicarlo.
