In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:

Recently, my four-year-old daughter suffered an incident: when going down the slide, they did not wait for her to clear the fall area before allowing the next user to descend. As a result, another child fell on her, causing bruising to both the upper and lower back regions. It should be noted that several parents have expressed similar complaints regarding this situation. The lifeguards did not assist or show concern for my daughter; on the contrary, they behaved in a boastful and arrogant manner, instead of caring and helping. Given this situation, a meeting was held with the director and deputy director, and a complaint form was submitted. This was on the first day of our arrival, so we spent the whole stay on edge. On the second day, something similar happened again. On this occasion I went to slide, and the lifeguard gave way for me, and halfway down the slide I saw a girl in the fall zone of that slide, forcing me to move to one side to avoid falling on her. This shows poor coordination, and they even blame the guests instead of taking responsibility, since they are there to supervise and assist.

Cabe destacar que varios progenitores han expresado quejas similares respecto a esta situación., los socorristas no socorrieron ni se preocuparon por mi hija, encima tuvieron una forma chulesca y prepotente, en vez de preocuparse y socorrer.. dado esa situación se habló con el director y subdirector,y se puso una hoja de reclamaciones..esto fue en el 1 día de llegada, así que ya estuvimos toda la estanciia en tensión.. al 2 día paso algo igual.. en esta ocasión fui yo a tirarme, dándome paso el socorrista y a mitad del recorrió del tobogán veo que hay una niña en la zona de caida de dicho tobogan, obligándome a echarme a un lado para no caer encima de ella.. ( lo dicho mala coordinación y encima le hechan las culpas a los huéspedes en vez asumir ellos la responsabilidad ya que están ahí para vigilar y socorrer)
