The cleaning in our triple room on the first day was not good — they left one bed unmade and the bathroom was barely cleaned. Also, the floor around the pool and at the hotel entrance for the toilets was very slippery.

The buffet hours are too strict — when you’re on holiday you’re not supposed to have to get up early. For example, dinner finishing at 22:00 is too early for me; it should be at least 23:00h. Breakfast should be until 11:00 instead of 10:00, and lunch until 16:00. The pool closes very early for mid-August — 19:30h is far too early; 20:30 would be better. Another issue for those of us on All-Inclusive is that we get narrow highball glasses, while paying guests are given wide glasses. The pool surface is dangerous — you slip all the time and I hurt my foot; something should be done about the flooring. One more thing that doesn’t make sense is charging the same as three nights if you want to extend by one night.

Check-in is at 15:00h and they make you wait at reception without air conditioning because the reception area, lobby and lift corridors have no air conditioning; the lifts are so small a family of four couldn’t fit. We were placed in a room at the rear of the hotel, where all the hotel rubbish was stored — it smelled bad and glass bottles and waste were emptied at 07:00, waking us and preventing us from opening the windows. The rooms had no balcony to hang swimsuits or towels; we found a cockroach in the room. The food wasn’t bad, but it was very repetitive with few options for children — only burgers and hot dogs every day. The All-Inclusive isn’t worth it: the spirits and cocktails are very poor quality and the pool coffee is awful, so they encourage you to pay for a drink or coffee outside the package. I do not recommend this hotel; choose another.
Hotel que le sobra 1 estrella, esta ubicado en una pedazo de cuesta que te deja hasta las narices subirla y bajarla a diario.El check in in a las 15.00h que te hacen esperar en la recepción sin aire acondicionado xq en la zonas de recepción, hall, y en los pasillos de ascensores no tienen aire acondicionado, además estos son tan pequeños que no cabiamos ni una familia de 4 personas. Nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a la parte trasera del hotel, en la que habia la toda basura del hotel,olia mal, descargaban las botellas de cristal y los residuos a las 7.00h de la mañana, nos despertaba el ruido y no podiamos ni abrir las ventanas. Las habitaciones no tenian balcon para tender los bañadores ni las toallas, nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. Y la comida no estaba mal, pero muy poco variada y pocas opciones para los niños, solamente hamburguesas y perritostodos los dias. El todo incluido no merece la pena los cubatas y los cockteles de calidad pésima y el cafe de la piscina horrible, lo hacen para que pagues una copa o por un cafe fuera del todo incluido. No recomiendo para nada el hotel, elegir otro.

El último día nos quitaron el cartel de la habitación y no nos la hicieron. El hotel tiene un paseo hasta la playa está en tercera linea por lo menos, muchas escaleras hasta llegar a la playa. La comida del buffet deja que desear para un 4 estrellas muy repetitiva siempre había hamburguesas, perritos, patatas fritas y pastas ese estante está siempre siempre tanto por la noche como por al medio dia. Los postres siempre tartas de bizcochos muy raros arro con leche y de fruta siempre manzanas, paraguayos y naztarinas cosa que es temporada de sandía y melón y lo ponían a cuenta gotas.
