I’m not giving it 5 stars because today, as we were leaving the room (17/08/2026), while we were waiting for the lift, we experienced a rather awkward moment with the head cleaner and one of the staff. The supervisor, short and blonde, had a go at the cleaner—I’m not saying whether she was right or wrong as I don’t know the full story, but it definitely wasn’t the place. They were shouting, and even though they went into the emergency stairs, you could hear the telling-off quite clearly. Again, I don’t know who was right, but it’s just not professional from the supervisor, who barely let the other woman (the cleaner was brunette, I think her name was Alice or something similar…) get a word in. All over a day off—the fuss she caused in 5 minutes, not caring if guests could hear.
At the pool, there’s a sign saying you can’t jump in, but the lifeguard doesn’t say anything, he’s just there “in body only”. The loungers aren’t supposed to be reserved—or so the sign says—but even when the pool was closed, there were already towels on them booking spots.
There’s barely any light in the bathroom, at least in room 326 where we stayed.
When it comes to all inclusive, the snacks at the pool are quite limited, especially in the afternoon, when all you can get is a sandwich.
You have to pay €1 for the cups, which you get back when you return them. There are “premium” drinks that aren’t included, even though the package is all inclusive.
Las 5 estrellas no las pongo por que hoy al dejar la habitación (17/08/2026), mientras esperábamos el ascensor, hemos vivido un momento bastante incómodo con la responsable de las limpiadoras y una de ellas. La responsable bajita, rubia, le ha liado una a la limpiadora que no digo que llevase o no razón por que no conozco la historia, pero no era lugar. A voces, y aunque se han metido en las escaleras de emergencia, se oía un montón la regañina. Repito que no se quién de las dos tenia la razón, pero eso no es profesional por parte de la responsable que apenas dejaba hablar a la chica (era una limpiadora morena, he entendido el nombre de Alice o algo asi...) todo por un dia libre, la que ha liado en 5 minutos sin importar si los clientes la oían.
La piscina pone que no se puede saltar pero el socorrista no llama la atención para nada, solo está alli de "cuerpo presente". Las hamacas no se pueden reservar o eso pone, sin embargo aun estando la piscina cerrada, ya hay toallas encima reservando el sitio.
En el baño apenas hay luz, al menos en la 326 que es donde nos hemos alojado.
El todo incluido, lo que es comida en entrehoras en la piscina escasa, sobretodo por la tarde que lo único que hay es sándwich.
Los vasos los cobran a 1€ que te lo devuelven cuando devuelves el vaso. Hay bebidas "premium" que no entran a pesar de tener todo incluido.
