Las habitaciones super bien y bastante limpio todo.
The food was terrible when things ran out they did not replenish there were so many people that you ran out of plates to take the food there was a lot of uncontrollability in the dining room. I think that since you pay full board it is so that they give you good service

Está bien ubicado. Las camas son cómodas y la comida buena.
Dining hours are for foreigners. A lot of fuss at meal times, no plates, no cutlery, no tables, etc... and the room's fridge didn't work.
El horario de comedor es para los extranjeros. Mucho jaleo a las horas de las comidas, sin platos, sin cubiertos, sin mesas etc...y la nevera de la habitación no funcionaba.

Bad cleaning. In the sink there were hairs everywhere. Dirty sheets. We complained and in theory they changed them but I have my doubts. The next day my daughter leaked her pee, and they didn't give us a protector or quilt. Wow, horrible cleaning. We won't be back.

repetitive food. It was always the same. A lot of chaos in the dining room, there were continually missing plates to take the food and also missing cutlery. Few activities On Facebook announced many things and then it was not like that. I will not repeat stay in that hotel.
