It needs a little renovation. Our room needed some work. The sink was leaking, the balcony doors didn't close and we found an eye pencil from the previous guest.

9.7 Esther Travelled with family January 2025 The attention of the staff, starting with the kindness at the reception, letting us in before the hour. The dining room staff, all very friendly and helpful when it comes to finding you a table, removing dishes.... The guys in the games room were very nice. The waiters in all the bars of the hotel. A marvel in general. I recommend it 100%, excellent location, you can walk in 5 minutes to the beach, and all surrounded by stores.

La atención del personal, empezando por la amabilidad en recepción, dejándonos entrar antes de la hora. El personal del comedor, todos muy amables y serviciales a la hora de buscarte mesa, retirar platos... Los chicos de la sala de juegos muy simpáticos. Los camarer@s de todos los bares del hotel. Una maravilla en general. Lo recomiendo al 100%, una excelente ubicación, se puede ir andando en 5 minutos a la playa, y todo rodeado de tiendas.

To put a but, I would say that the buffet desserts could be improved.
