El hotel está acorde al precio que hemos pagado en un hotel de 3*, si se busca más calidad en las comidas, los servicios o las instalaciones, optar por un hotel más caro y de categoría superior. En los comedores se ve falta de personal, en general el personal del hotel es bastante atento, sobre todo en el bar de la entrada y en las habitaciones. La comida, aunque no demasiado variada, se ve bastante bien y siempre hay algún plato a la plancha, más sano que la cocinado. A pesar de que es un hotel grande con muchos clientes, iban reponiendo bastante bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas bastante cómodas. Está muy bien ubicado para la playa o la zona más concurrida, comercial y de ocio de Benidorm.

Lo peor son los ascensores, que son muy muy lentos. Estuvimos en la tercera planta y sólo los utilizamos para bajar el equipaje, pareció que habíamos bajado de una planta 12, se veía algunas personas de movilidad reducida que hasta las bajaban entre dos por la escalera cuando eran una o dos plantas porque tardan mucho en estar libres. Nos coincidió con época de Imserso y parecía que estuviera casi completo que al ser un hotel de muchas habitaciones, había muchas personas en las comidas, costaba encontrar mesa si no se iba al abrir y en el salón de la animación por la noche pasaba lo mismo. Sólo hay café de cafetería en el bar de la entrada, en el resto del hotel es café soluble, tipo Nescafé. En general necesita una reforma, que nos comentaron está programada para después del verano.
