We arrived as three married couples and we were given each one of us in a different part of the hotel as the rooms are large and in need of urgent renovation, the buffet meals were the same every day, and the desserts were regular.
llegamos tres matrimonios y nos dieron a cada uno en una punta del hotel ya que es grande la habitaciones necesitan reformas con urgencia, las comidas bufe y todos los días lo mismo , los postres regulares

The treatment of the staff is very familiar, they are super nice, pleasant and as if they were friends. Beautiful the Cortijo, its facilities, swimming pools, gardens and rooms........
El trato del personal es muy familiar,son super simpáticos,agradables y como si fueran amig@s. Precioso el Cortijo, sus instalaciones,piscinas ,jardines y habitaciones........
The food is not very varied, the desserts are not varied, the menus are designed for foreigners, as well as the breakfast, lunch and dinner schedules. The mattresses are not very good for resting.
La comida es poco variada,los postres sin variedad,está pensado los menús para los extranjeros,al igual que los horarios de los desayunos,comidas y cenas. Los colchones no muy buenos para descansar.

The attention of the staff is magnificent, very attentive, especially in our case Antonio (head of dining room) Carmen, and Carolina at the reception, among others. All of them very attentive. The hotel complex is great, has several pools, and plenty of space for terraces and seating areas. Several bars and a beach bar area. The rooms are fine, normal.
La atención del personal es magnifica, muy atentos, cabe destacar en nuestro caso Antonio (jefe de comedor) Carmen, y Carolina en recepción, entre otros. Todos ellos muy atentos. El complejo hotelero está genial, tiene varias piscinas, y mucho espacio de terrazas y zonas de estar. Varios bares y zona de chiringuito. Las habitaciones bien, normales.
The buffet could be improved, with more variety at lunch and dinner times, and healthier food.
El buffet podría ser mejorable, con mas variedad a las horas de las comidas y cenas, y comida mas saludable.

The best of the hotel, the entertainment team (Fran, Inza, Rosario, Luis ...) and the lifeguard (Ismael), you have activities throughout the day, both for children and adults, my children have had a great time. full buffet, varied and elaborate food with live cooking.overall very well maintained and clean hotel, rooms with balcony and surrounded by plants that being a farmhouse makes it special.
Beach and promenade at 900 mtrs, Supermarket at 200mtrs, Puerto Banus at 2km and a boulevard for walking at 1km. The stay has been 10 and we would repeat without doubt.
Lo mejor del hotel, el Equipo de Animación( Fran, Inza, Rosario, Luis...) y el Socorrista(Ismael), tienes actividades que hay durante todo el día, tanto para niños y adultos, mis hijos se lo han pasado de 10. Buffet completo, variado y comida elaborada con cocina en vivo.En general hotel muy bien cuidado y limpio, habitaciones con balconcito y rodeado de plantas que al ser un cortijo lo hace especial.
Playa y paseo marítimo a 900 mtrs, Supermercado a 200mtrs, Puerto Banús a 2km y un Bulevar para pasear a 1km. La estancia ha sido de 10 y repetiriamos sin duda.
To say something...... the pool floor was very slippery. You have to book early the sunbeds if you want to be in one of the pools in particular although they have four and that parking is 10 € per day, but you can find room around at any time.
Por decir algo...... el suelo de la piscina que resbalaba mucho. Hay que reservar pronto las hamacas si quieres estar en alguna de las piscinas en concreto aunque tienen cuatro y que el aparcamiento son 10€ diarios, pero se encuentra sitio alrededor a cualquier hora.

In general everything was very good, they try to vary the buffet food, the cleaning is good, etc. Special mention to the lifeguard, a very friendly person and always attentive to everything. The atmosphere is more oriented to foreign tourists but that doesn't mean we didn't have a good time.
En general todo estuvo muy bien, intentan variar la comida del buffet, la limpieza es buena, etc. Mención especial al socorrista, una persona muy amable y siempre atento a todo. Decir que el ambiente está más orientado a los turistas extranjeros pero eso no quita que lo pasáramos bien.
The lunch/dinner hours are a little early.
Los horarios de la comida/cena que son algo pronto.

In general, we were fine.
En general estuvimos bien.
The cleanliness, the first day we did not get the room until 16:30 because it was not clean and we had been there since 11:00; checking is at 15:00. The clients reserved sun loungers and tables that sometimes they did not use. On 3 days we had our room cleaned at siesta time, when the "can be cleaned" sign was posted at 8:00. There were employees who only spoke English, they did not speak Spanish and looked at us badly for not speaking English. The drinks were second rate, even the beer, which said it was San Miguel. The room was worse than the others, I understand that to get a bargain and pay less than the rest of the users.
La limpieza, el primer día no nos dieron la habitación hasta la 16:30 porque no estaba limpia y llevabamos desde las 11:00; el checking es a las 15:00. Los clientes reservaban tumbonasy mesas que a veces no utilizaban. 3 días nos fueron a limpiar la habitación a la hora de la siesta, estando el cartel de "se puede limpiar" desde la 8:00. Había empleados k solo hablaban inglés, no hablaban castellano y nos miraron mal por no hablar inglés. Las bebidas eran de segunda categoría, hasta la cerveza, que ponía que era San Miguel. La habitación era peor que las demás, entiendo que por coger un chollo y pagar menos que el resto de usuarios.
