The best thing was the tranquility in the apartment, well equipped.
Our accommodation was on the ground floor and we had direct access to the garden, very well equipped with a dining table, four chairs, and two loungers.
We didn't use the kitchen much because we were with Half Board, but it seemed to be well equipped. The best thing was the little box they give you with your new scrubbing pad, I am quite meticulous in that sense and I liked the detail. They should do the same with the dishcloth, put a new one to use.
The dining room was good, there were quite a few people but there was no need to wait for a table or long queues.
The staff in general were correct and pleasant.
The mini market is good, the prices are a bit high but I understand that it is for use in case of emergency.

El comedor bien, había bastante gente pero no había que esperar mesa ni muchas colas.
El personal en general correcto y agradable.
El mini market está bien, los precios un poco altos pero entiendo que es para hacer uso de él en caso de desavío.
We arrived on Friday and, after the check-in time was at 16:00, which seems super late to me, we had to wait for almost an hour without being able to leave the apartment because the door leading to the garden did not close properly and could be opened from the outside, so we couldn't leave our belongings securely.
On the other hand, there were four of us staying in the apartment and we only had bedding for three and towels for two. We had to ask for more sets of both things, I believe it should have been planned ahead having made the booking in advance for that number of people.
The apartment is fine, although I don't see the one-bedroom apartment for four people as practical, even though it is offered because it has two sofa beds. The bathroom was fine although the trash can didn't have a pedal and had to be opened by hand.
The worst part, the car, you have to use it for everything.
The pools were overcrowded, I think they are too small for the number of rooms the complex has. And there were no sun loungers available, there were guests who had to lay towels on the ground due to lack of sunbeds. In addition, the adult-only pool had greenish water. Unfortunately, the sight of people queuing at the pool opening time and, once inside, frantically throwing towels on the sun loungers to reserve a spot.
The worst part was the entertainment, they usually set up at the pool next to the dining area and the noise is unbearable. On the first night, we were having dinner and there was a pool party, with very loud music that didn't allow us to enjoy the meal.
The food was average, medium-low quality.
One day when we returned from breakfast around ten o'clock, we found the garbage truck inside the complex, a bit unpleasant to be honest.

Por otro lado, éramos cuatro personas las que nos alojábamos en el apartamento y sólo teníamos ropa de cama para tres y toallas para dos. Tuvimos que pedir más juegos de ambas cosas, considero que debía haber estado previsto habiendo hecho la reserva con antelación para ese número de personas.
El apartamento está bien, aunque el de una habitación para cuatro personas no lo veo práctico, a pesar de que lo ofertan porque tiene dos sofás cama. La limpieza...bueno, las paredes de todo el apartamento estaban muy sucias de rozones, en el baño había pelos sin retirar de la bañera, pelusas debajo de la cama y el jardín muy sucio con colillas.
Cuando estábamos en el jardín algunas veces se venía un mal olor, probablemente procedente de las arquetas. Había un par de ellas fuera, muy a la vista y bastante mal selladas.
Por otro lado, nuestro apartamento estaba muy alejado de la zona de piscinas, comedor,..., por lo que había que dar un buen paseo cada vez que queríamos acceder a dichas zonas.
El baño bien aunque la papelera no tenía pedal y había que abrirla con la mano.
Lo peor, el coche, tienes que hacer uso de él para todo.
Las piscinas estaban masificadas, creo que se quedan pequeñas para el número de habitaciones que tiene el complejo. Y no había tumbonas disponibles, había huéspedes que habían tenido que tender las toallas en el suelo por falta de hamacas. Además, la que es sólo para adultos tenía el agua verdosa. Lamentablemente el espectáculo de las personas haciendo cola a la hora de apertura de la piscina y, una vez dentro, tirando como locos toallas por las tumbonas para reservar sitio.
Lo peor la animación, suelen ponerse en la piscina que está junto al comedor y el ruido es insoportable. La primera noche estuvimos cenando y había una pool party, con música muy estridente que no nos permitió disfrutar de la cena.
La comida normal, calidad media -baja.
Uno de los días que volvíamos del desayuno sobre las diez nos encontramos con el camión de la basura en el interior del complejo, un poco desagradable la verdad.
En general está bien pero no repetiría.

Durante toda la estancia (1 semana entera) estaba estropeado el aire acondicionado y no nos funcionó en pleno mes de julio con el calor que hace en Andalucia y aunque desde el hotel intentaron solucionarlo lo más rápido posible varios días, no dieron con la solución y tuvimos que estar sin el aire acondicionado durante toda la estancia teniendo que dormir en el salón para que entrase un poco más de aire por la terraza ya que el n la habitación sin aire hacia demasiado calor.
Como compensación únicamente nos permitieron salir unas horas más tarde del check out.
Informamos cada día de la incidencia y aunque venían a revisarlo no consiguieron solucionarlo.
Consideramos que el perjuicio ocasionado de haber estado durante la última semana de julio sin aire acondicionado en un apartamento en Málaga no se solventa con que te dejen salir unas horas más tarde siendo un requisito indispensable el tener el aire acondicionado ya que de haber sabido que no íbamos a tener lógicamente hubiéramos reservado en otro hotel.
Otro aspecto negativo es que la calidad de la cena es bastante baja.
Las propuestas de los platos son poco apetecibles y la calidad de los alimentos deja mucho que desear.
La piscina cierra a las 8 de la tarde consideramos que podría abrirse hasta más tarde ya que a esa hora sigue habiendo mucho sol y hace calor.
