 6 Ana Teresa Travelled with family July 2024 Very old hotel, not at all corresponds to a 4 *, scarce buffet with little variety, if you were going to eat a little fair had to wait in line to access the restaurant. To go to the beach with children and loaded is a bit far to walk. Some areas of the hotel without air conditioning, Terrible heat ... to check in a long time because we were 8 people (2 rooms) and until the girl at the reception was located it took quite a while. We went for a walk on Saturday night and when we returned it was the only hotel off, no lighting. The restaurant staff very friendly and attentive. Views to the street. Very very noisy, People do not respect the rest. We had the one in the room next door talking on their terrace until the wee hours of the morning.
Hotel muy viejo , para nada corresponde a un 4*, buffet escaso con poca variedad, si ibas a comer un poco justa había que esperar cola para acceder al restaurante. Para ir a la playa con niños y cargada queda un poco lejos para ir andando. Algunas zonas del hotel sin aire, Un calor terrible… para hacer el check in mucho tiempo porque íbamos 8 personas ( 2 habitaciones ) y hasta que la chica de recepción se ubicó le costó bastante. Fuimos a dar un paseo el sábado por la noche y al volver era el único hotel apagado, sin iluminación. El personal del restaurante muy amable y atento. Vistas a la calle. Mucho mucho ruido, La gente no respeta el descanso. Tuvimos la de la habitación de al lado hablando en su terraza hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

The air conditioning did not cool sufficiently. The cleanliness of the public areas and eating utensils was poor. Food was not varied and of poor quality. Overall, a disastrous stay in a hotel not worthy of 4 stars.

The hotel is very old, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the hotel entertainment is only valid for children up to 8 years old, the pools are very dirty, the food is very repetitive and very battle, the website says snacks until 11 at night and it is not true in the afternoon only from 5 to 8, the air conditioners in the rooms cool but make a lot of noise, in the corridors and common areas very hot, the all inclusive is not profitable, I would not repeat for nothing.

The waiters ignored you, answered you badly and treated you worse, in the buffet they did not have the names of the meals there if the waiters were nicer but the ones at the bar upstairs were mostly very rude and serious, they did not even look at your face, when you were alone at the bar they did not even talk to you to see if you wanted something.

Lo bien que se lo ha pasado mi hija de 3 años.
I did not like that despite being a hotel with a thousand possibilities that everything goes and works well with the relevant investment; they have it so neglected because for what it currently offers it is not cheap.
No me ha gustado que apesar de ser un hotel con mil posibilidades de que todo vaya y funcione bien con la inversion pertinente; lo tengan asi de descuidado ya que para lo que ofrece actualmente barato no es.
