I do not understand that they have a heated swimming pool and they have it closed and they do not communicate it anywhere, in the summer swimming pool there are signs that forbid dogs and there were dogs in the swimming pool and finally it is not my case I am young and I do not have any physical problem but there were many elderly people who complained that they had been told that the hotel did not have rooms with shower only bathtub and some elderly people could not take a shower.Thank you very much.

No entiendo que tienen piscina climatizada y la tienen cerrada y no lo comunican en ningún sitio,en la piscina de verano hay carteles puesto prohibido perros y había perros en la piscina y por último no es mi caso yo soy joven y no tengo ningún problema físico pero había muchas personas mayores que se quejaban de que le habían dicho que hotel no tenía habitaciónes con plato ducha solo había bañera y algunas personas mayores no se podían duchar.muchas Gracias

We were given a triple room, with three beds, so we had the smallest space. It does not seem normal to me being two and arriving on Holy Tuesday and the hotel was less than half full.

Shameful. I am here right now with my husband, because we wanted to come for a day to rest. From the first moment the receptionist treated us incorrectly. We had booked full board with food for tomorrow and they tell us on arrival that there is no food because it closes, we have the option of picnic (cold sandwich, bottle of water and piece of fruit). After this we went up to the double room and found a double bed with a bed base of 150 and a mattress of 135. For physical reasons we do not fit in that bed the two and we went down to reception to see if there was a possibility of changing rooms for obvious physical reasons and they denied us. They say that the hotel is full and closing tomorrow. I proceed to file an official complaint. When we go up to the room with more calm we notice the lack of care and cleanliness of the room where we will not be able to sleep. Dirty sheets, mold in the bathtub, dirty lamps, walls in poor condition. Instead of a romantic day this has turned into a nightmare. And we have just arrived. The treatment at reception by both the receptionist and the person in charge was shameful. The complaint form will be filed in consumption so that they do not continue to deceive people.

Teníamos reservado pensión completa con comida para mañana y nos dicen al llegar que no hay comida porque cierra, que tenemos la opción de picnic (sándwich frio, botella de agua y pieza de fruta). Después de esto subimos a la habitación doble de matrimonio y no encontramos con un somier de 150 y un colchón de 135. Por motivos físicos no cabemos en esa cama los dos y bajamos a recepción para ver si había posibilidad de cambio de habitación por motivos físicos obvios y nos lo niegan. Dicen que tienen el hotel lleno cerrando mañana. Procedo a poner reclamación oficial. Al subir a la habitación con más calma nos fijamos en la falta de cuidado y limpieza de la habitación donde no vamos a poder dormir. Sábanas sucias, moho en la bañera, lámparas sucias, paredes en malas condiciones. En vez de una día romántico esto se ha convertido en una pesadilla. Y eso que acabamos de llegar. El trato en recepción tanto por recepcionista como por supuesto responsable ha sido Vergonzoso. La hoja de reclamaciones será presentada en consumo para que no sigan engañando a gente.

5.1 Jesús Travelled with family September 2024 I already knew that if I was looking for a good price I was not going to find a good hotel, indeed the hotel is quite damaged, but it was the cheapest there was. 80% of the staff was very friendly, 20% was normal. The truth is that I was happy with the staff despite being at the end of the season.

Ya sabía yo que si buscaba un buen precio no iba a encontrar un buen hotel, efectivamente el hotel está bastante estropeado, pero era lo más económico que había. el 80% del personal era muy amable, el 20% era normal. La verdad es que contento con el personal a pesar de estar ya a final de temporada.

The hotel is completely godforsaken, lack of cleanliness at all levels, 3 out of 4 days the restaurant floor slipped from the large amount of grease adhered to the floor, cups, glasses and plates had various incrustations, if you were lucky you caught plates, if not you had to use coffee plates for lunch. The teaspoons fly away in the first hour of the meal. The reception bathrooms were impossible to enter every day, the smell was so nauseating that it made us nauseous just to enter. The swimming pool was made of picón, dangerous with sharp elements and I did not trust the quality of the water. They said they were closing for renovations but wanted to open at Easter. It is IMPOSSIBLE to undertake all the necessary renovations in such a short time. They will probably patch up 4 things and move on, but it is too badly organized and worn out. A pity for the good staff it has.

El hotel está completamente dejado de la mano de Dios, falta limpieza a todos los niveles, 3 de cada 4 días el suelo del restaurante resbalaba de la gran cantidad de grasa adherida al suelo, las tazas, vasos y platos tenían incrustaciones varias, si tenías suerte pillabas platos, sino tenias que usar platos de café para el almuerzo. Las cucharillas vuelan en la primera hora de comida. Los baños de recepción estuvieron todos los días imposibles de entrar, el olor era tan nauseabundo que nos daba nauseas solo al entrar. La piscina estaba echa picón, peligrosa con elementos cortantes y no me fiaba de la calidad del agua. Decían que cerraban para reformar pero querían abrir en Semana Santa. Es IMPOSIBLE acometer toda la reforma necesaria en tan poco tiempo. Seguramente pondrán un parche a 4 cosas y tirarán para adelante, pero está demasiado mal organizado y desgastado. Una pena por el buen personal que tiene.
