Liked the huge pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It was great that we managed to get into our room early by a few hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most of the staff were happy to help you.
As we were B and B only, on our first day we decided to have lunch in the hotel. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and french fries - too long. Did not like the fact that they were renovating the outside of the hotel - quite a bit of noise and unfortunately the work was being done next to the pool.

Nos hemos alojado en otras ocasiones en Bonalba y debo decir que el buffet ha mejorado muchísimo, aunque esto no signifique que anteriormente estuviera mal, sólo es por puntualizar que se han superado. La única cena más floja, a nuestro gusto, fue la de gastonomía mexicana. Por el resto de comidas y cenas,muy,muy bueno todo. El desayuno, muy rico y variado, aunque demasiado enfocado al gusto británico.
Lamentable que, al pasear por el recinto después de cenar alrededor de la piscina, no estuvieran recogidas aún las bandejas en las mesitas con los platos y vasos utilizados por los huéspedes , o con las toallas encima de las hamacas, o incluso que éstas no estuvieran bien colocadas y aparecieran al día siguiente como se quedaron el dia anterior. En otras ocasiones que nos hemos alojado en Bonalba, esto no ha pasado, el recinto de la piscina y la colocación de las hamacas al día siguiente estaba en perfecto estado. Da imagen de descuido y desorden. Y, por otro lado, aunque todo está muy cuidado y limpio, el fondo de algunos inodoros no está limpio. Esto tendría que mejorarse.

tome esta oferta por la piscina, me encantó el diseño y la verdad que la hemos disfrutado. Mi hijo de 7 años ha podido nadar a gusto. Las tumbonas son buenas, las toallas limpias de la piscina, hay sombra en fin todo bien. Tengo que decir que se preocupan de tener actividades todos los dias, el equipo de animación no te agobia y eso da gusto. Y luego el hotel en si, es verdad que necesita una inversión económica para mejorar. Creo que es un gran hotel con potencial si saben organizarlo y con una buena dirección. Estar en este hotel es como andar por casa, las cuatro estrellas no se corresponden al servicio pero debo admitir que me lo he pasado bien y la calidad precio es indiscutible, por eso creo que tiene clientes. Y decir que los arroces y paellas me gustaron mucho, felicidades al chef.

La limpieza de la habitación tambien y las zonas comunes. el comedor es una decepción donde se encuentra ubicado con visitas a un callejon que da a la zona de acceso de coches del hotel. Da pena entrar, luego ya en si el restaurante tienes un poco de todo pero destaco el descontrol del personal por intentar sobrellevar las mesas en hora punta, falta de organización. Y por ultimo la musica dentro del hote y en el area de piscina demasiado alto el volumen, esto habria que cuidarlo un poco pues no siempre te gusta escuchar la musica a todo trapo y si no es tu estilo menos todavia.

También me gustaría destacar que el conserje fue amabilísimo y encantador al igual que las chicas de la limpieza y los camareros también muy simpáticos y atentos
