No entiendo cómo el hotel está calificado con 4 estrellas. He estado en muchos hoteles y este ni por asomo llega a las cuatro estrellas. Las habitaciones son viejas y necesitadas de urgentes reformas (nuestras habitación por ejemplo, tenía la taza del WC agrietada, múltiples agujeros en las paredes, etc). El búfet a empeorado mucho desde que estuvimos el año pasado en el hotel. Mención especial al jamón que ponen para el desayuno, casi pasado, saladísimo. Muy poca variedad y calidad en la comida. No entiendo que la piscina cierre a las 7 de la tarde, y luego sales a pasear y ves que en el resto de hoteles cercanos la gente sigue disfrutando de la piscina de su hotel.
