Las habitaciones en general están bastante bien, con su terraza, camas grandes, cómodas y sobre todo la habitación muy limpia.
Las instalaciones exteriores estas bastante bien aunque hay cosas que si deberían de cambiar o darles una vuelta como por ejemplo las tumbonas había muchísimas tumbonas hundidas, pero bueno en parte a mí eso no me importa es más por la gente que no es tan “conformista”, lo demás bastante bien, piscina mantenida, un tobogán para los niños, y un chiringuito en la piscina que estaba bien también.
El tema del buffet, un poco de más variedad, sobre todo en los desayunos, ya que para mi gusto faltaba algo más de variedad en todos los sentidos, el personal era bastante amable.
Chek in, fácil llegas, dices el nombre presentas los documentos necesarios y si tienen tu habitación antes de las dos nombre presentas hay problema que te la dan, la chica que nos atendió bastante amable, recepción está disponible las 24h y eso es un punto bastante bueno.
Ubicación: la verdad que me sorprendí por que parecía que estaba más lejos de la playa, pero sinceramente esta relativamente cerca, como a unos ocho minutos andando.
El tema de aparcamiento es en verdad tener suerte, pero eso si, si mueves el coche debes de saber que luego vas a estar dando vueltas 10 minutos mínimo para poder encontrar donde aparcar.
En general calidad-precio está bastante bien.

El tobogán de la piscina, que a la niña le ha encantado. La chica morena de pelo largo que trabaja en el comedor, la más y del poco personal eficiente de todo el hotel! Mi enhorabuena, trabajar tan bien con tan mal entorno.

At room temperature, uncovered… and everything else was like that). - worst of all: the entertainers, very little tact with the children, unfriendly, sour faces… and they did everything reluctantly (the little they did). - three lifts for seven floors and so many rooms, queues of up to half an hour to use them; the worst: the dining room is only reachable by stairs or a single lift for the whole hotel (which is also used on the other floors), so taking a baby in a pram or a wheelchair down is horrible — you leave the room for breakfast at 9 and only reach the dining room nearly at 10. - it’s worth paying a bit more and going somewhere else; the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

A temperatura ambiente, destapado..y como eso todo. - lo peor: las animadoras, poquísimo tacto con los niños, antipáticas, malas caras...y hacían todo a desgana(lo poco que hacían). -3 ascensores para 7 plantas y muchísimas habitaciones, colas de hasta media hora para poder cogerlo, el colmo: el comedor tiene acceso por escalera o por un único ascensor para todo el hotel(que también se usa en las demás plantas), por tanto bajar un bebé en carro o una silla de ruedas es horrible, salir a desayunar a las 9 de la habitación y llegar al comedor casi a las 10. -merece la pena pagar un poquito más e ir a otro, el peor que he estado en la vida.
