I would improve the cleanliness in the restaurant, especially the cutlery drawers — staff should not allow everyone to put their hands in and touch everything. The griddle dishes were very repetitive and most items were left undercooked. Another thing to improve is the noise level from midnight onwards: when clearing the bar terrace they dragged chairs and made a lot of noise. I also didn’t like having to vacate the apartment at 10:00, having to rush breakfast in order to pack and leave.
