Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays for free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here.
- Children aged 2 to 11:
- 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
- From 06-13-2025 to 09-09-2025, both will have a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying adult rate.
- If you book a room with pool view, children from 2 to 11 years old travel with the above discounts, but pay an additional surcharge:
- 1st child pays a surcharge of approx. 3€ per night and 2nd child pays a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 06/13/2025 to 09/09/2025, the 2 children pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people. The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room whether adults or children.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 30% of the price of a person staying in a double room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

There are not enough people in the restaurant and cafeteria, which means there is not enough time to clear the leftover dishes from the tables or to have to wait to be served. The rooms need improvement and updating, especially the uncomfortable sofa beds.

El personal muy amable, las habitaciones amplias aunque la puerta del cuarto de baño tocando el WC era incómodo. El balcón también era muy amplio. El parque acuático nos gustó bastante pero también es verdad que se hecha en falta una piscina más en el hotel una vez cierra el parque.
More hammocks and umbrellas. The sheets were dirty the day we arrived and stayed that way until the day we left, they were not changed. Más hamacas y sombrillas. Las sábanas estaban sucias el día que entramos y así se quedaron hasta el día que salimos, no las cambiaron. Las actividades infantiles no nos enteramos hasta el último día, 0 información, hemos estado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y la animación es mucho mejor. También recomiendo que ya que dejan llevar a tu mascota que puedan acceder a terrazas exteriores del hotel ( no a la piscina, si no cuando tomas algo) solo pueden ir de la calle a la habitación y viceversa. No es una queja ya que por lo menos puede acceder y es de agradecer pero si que es verdad que te limita mucho y normalmente si viajas con tu mascota esta educada para comportarse en espacios públicos y más exteriores.
