We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

El personal de animación es muy bueno y se merecen que sean nombrados ya que hacen que todos se involucren en los juegos en la medida de los posible.
El servicio de restauración es muy bueno también ya que están muy atentos a las necesidades de los comensales.
Íbamos con unas expectativas un poco bajas debido a los comentarios que habíamos leído y la verdad que nos ha agradado bastante el hotel en su conjunto.
Habría que hacer una inversión en el mantenimiento general de todas las instalaciones y debido a esa falta de mantenimiento podría incluso bajar de categoría de 4 a 3 estrellas.

The hotel has very strong air conditioning throughout its facilities, it's very cold. Also, the food has lost quality compared to a few years ago.
El hotel tiene el aire acondicionado muy fuerte por todas sus instalaciones , hace mucho frio.
Además la comida con respecto a hace unos años ha perdido calidad .

La cercanía a la playa y el minibar de la habitación.
Practically everything in the accommodation needs attention. Starting with the rooms, poor soundproofing, you could hear everything. One of the mattresses was sunken, the pillows were not memory foam and you won't find it either... Maintenance is terrible, everything is very outdated and poorly cared for, skirting boards, paint, furniture, lamps... The bathroom has defects everywhere, it was falling apart... The "hairdryer", if you can call it that, is something to see... The toilet seat is chipped all over due to the long time they have been there, upon arrival there were no seals indicating it had been disinfected. The pool hours are ridiculous, from 11 in the morning to 7 in the evening... The buffet has very little variety, tasteless food, they rely too much on fried and "precooked" dishes like bagged three delights rice... For a 4-star rating, it is quite different from reality... We have stayed in others that are supposedly of lower range and we can assure you they are much better...
Prácticamente hay que meterle mano a todo el alojamiento.
Empezando por las habitaciones, mala insonorización de las mismas, se escuchaba todo. Los colchones uno de ellos nos toco hundido, las almohadas no te vas a encontrar nada viscoelástico y tampoco se le espera...Mantenimiento nefasto, está todo muy anticuado y mal cuidado, rodapiés, pintura, mobiliario, lámparas.... El baño tiene taras por todos lados, se nos caía a trozos... El "secador de pelo",si se le puede llamar así, es para verlo... La tapa del WC con esconchones por todos lados debido a la cantidad de tiempo tan grande que tienen, al llegar no contaban con precintos de haber sido desinfectado.
El horario de piscina es ridículo de 11 de la mañana a 19 horas de la tarde...
El buffet tiene poquísima variedad, comida sin gracia ni gusto ninguno, abusan mucho de fritos y de platos "precocinados" como el arroz tres delicias de bolsa....
Para ser un 4 estrellas difiere bastante de la realidad... Hemos estado en otros que se supone que son de menor categoría y aseguramos que le dan unas cuantas vueltas...

La comida muy buena, me comentó personal del hotel que habían cambiado de cocinero hace unos días, pollo asado muy rico, guisos, tortilla de patatas muy rica, la noche del viernes gambones a la plancha, langostinos y codillo, profiteroles, churros y minidonuts buenísimos.
During nap time, I could hear a lot of noise from the pool activities from my room, maybe from 2 to 4 they could rest, the entertainers are very friendly but they should let them take a little nap.

Las vistas muy buenas, igual que la situación del hotel. La comida normal, está bien en general. Lo mejor los empleados, sobre todo Virginia que son una pasada. El hotel 4* está muy en el límite pero los empleados si son 4* sin duda. Las plazas de parking están bastante bien. Relación calidad precio muy interesante.
Recepción colas excesivas para todo, igual tienes que esperar en la cola incluso para que te cambien las toallas o cualquier cosa. El parking está alejado de recepción, no tiene ascensor, tienes que subir muchas escaleras, te cierran acceso hasta las 11,00 y es una barbaridad. El ruido que se oye en habitaciones con vistas a la piscina es muy fuerte por culpa de los extractores y no puedes tener ventanal abierto.
