Me ha gustado mucho la tranquilidad del hotel, se estaba muy bien en la piscina y no estaba muy abarrotada. Las hamacas las puedes coger con tranquilidad y están pendientes de la gente por si dejas tus cosas ahí solas sin estar tú te las quitan para que no ocupes sitio sin estar y que pueda sentarse otro clientes. El personal muy agradable y atento, recepcionistas, limpiadoras, cocineros… la habitación muy limpia y también las toallas. En general todo está muy limpio. La comida es muy variada en el bufet y está bastante buena en general.
The mattresses are very hard and I didn’t sleep well. The shower water kept switching between very hot and very cold every few seconds, which was unpleasant. There were also lots of ants in the room. Another issue is the stone Water Slides — you have to be very careful because they hurt; my children got injured and almost everyone who used them ended up with a bruise or scrape. There was nothing in the bathroom, only one of those pool hair-dryers that doesn’t dry properly. I forgot my toothbrush and they don’t provide one as a courtesy, so I had to buy one.
