La habitación era muy acogedora y estaba muy limpia . El personal tan amable como siempre, los camareros del buffet súper agradables y la animación para los peques y no tan peques muy amena. La variedad y la calidad de la comida es incomparable. Esta ha sido nuestra segunda vez, pero conocimos a un matrimonio que lleva 15 años fiel a la cita veraniega con el Neptuno, por algo será.
"The edge of the pool is very slippery! We didn't like that there were people smoking on the terrace at night with so many children around. But the tables had ashtrays."
El filo de la piscina resbala muchísimo! No nos gustó que en la terraza hubiera gente fumando por las noches habiendo tantos niños allí. Pero las mesas tenían ceniceros.

- los recepcionistas muy amables
- los camareros y cocineros muy agradables
- la ubicación está bien, no está en primera línea de playa pero está muy cerca
- hotel tranquilo, no se escuchan los de las habitaciones de al lado

I would improve the cleanliness of the pool, there are yellow stains on the edges and a lot of dirt at the bottom.
