Lo mejor que ha habido es el servicio de animación y ciertos trabajadores que con su profesionalidad y simpatía, hacían más amena la estancia.
Something to improve? I think these have been the worst family holidays I have ever had. Starting with the pool, how disgusting!! I have never seen such a dirty pool in my life, just like the small pool. The floor where the sun loungers are located, in some places it smelled really bad and was full of flies due to lack of cleaning. The room service leaves much to be desired, there have been days when they have not changed our towels, or have not cleaned well since a little worm fell on my daughter and it remained there for 4 days until we left, not to mention the cleaning of the bed or the toilet. The food, I can complain about the lack of variety, lacking a hot dish at mealtime. For all the reasons stated, and some more that I keep to myself, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the experience lived as well as having ruined my family holiday.
Algo a mejorar?, creo que han sido las peores vacaciones en familia que he tenido. Comienzo por la piscina, qué asco!!, no he visto una piscina tan sucia en mi vida al igual que la piscina pequeña. El suelo donde se encuentran las hamacas , en algunos lugares olía muy mal y lleno de moscas por falta de limpieza. El servicio de habitaciones deja mucho que desear, ha habido días que no nos han cambiado las toallas, o que no han limpiado bien ya que se le cayó a mi hija iun gusanito y el mismo, ha permanecido los 4 días hasta que nos hemos ido, sin hablar de la limpieza de la dicha o del inodoro.
La comida, puedo quejarme de la escasa variedad careciendo de un plato de cuchara a la hora de comer .
Por todo lo expuesto, y alguna cosa más que me guardo, quiero hacer constar mi descontento por las experiencia vivida así como haberme jodido mis vacaciones en familia.

Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y bonitas, además de tener muy buen aire acondicionado y balcones grandes.El personal muy atento y amable.
The pool is very small and only 1.20 metres deep, in addition to the very murky water; it is by far the worst part of the hotel, you can't swim without bumping into other people. The all-inclusive is very repetitive, in addition to being very low quality, and there are only 2 elevators for the whole hotel.
La piscina es muy pequeña y con solo 1,20 de profundidad, además del agua muy turbia;es lo peor del hotel con mucha diferencia,no sé puede nadar sin chocarte con otras personas.El T.I es muy repetitivo además de muy baja calidad y solo hay 2 ascensores para todo el hotel.

Las actividades para los críos no se cumplían, las cancelaban , cortaron el agua de mi habitación, el horario de la piscina en temporada alta era de abrir a las 10 y abrían la piscina a las 10:30. El bar cerraba antes de tiempo, mal servicio, camareros con mala cara.
The lifeguard spent the whole day hooked on his phone, the buffet food ran out and they didn't bring out more, so you either ate at 1 pm or if you went at 2 pm half of the things were already gone.
El socorrista todo el día con el móvil enganchado, la comida del bufete se acababa y no sacaban más,o comías a las 13 o si ibas a las 14 la mitad de cosas ya no habían.

Atención de todos los trabajadores, tanto recepción, como mantenimiento, animación, comedor, bar...
