Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Babies from 0 to 1 year old:
- The first baby stays for free when sharing a bed with 2 adults.
- If you wish to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us to confirm availability.
Children from 2 to 11 years old:
- The first child benefits from a 75% discount.
- The second child benefits from a 50% discount.
- From 13/06/2025 to 09/09/2025, both children receive a 50% discount.
Important: Child discounts apply only when sharing a room with 2 adults or 2 guests paying the adult rate.
Pool View Rooms:
- Children aged 2 to 11 have the same discount structure but an additional nightly surcharge applies:
- 1st child: approximately €3/night
- 2nd child: approximately €5/night
From 13/06/2025 to 09/09/2025, both children pay approximately €5/night
Combined Date Periods:
- If your stay overlaps different discount periods, the most restrictive condition (i.e. the lowest discount) will apply to the full stay.
Example: For a stay from 12 to 18 June, the first child will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
Room occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.
- The hotel does not allow a fifth person, regardless of age.
Single occupancy:
- A single room has a surcharge of approximately 30% of the price per person in a double room. This may vary depending on the dates selected and will be reflected in the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

If you're booking Full Board:
- Your first included meal is lunch, so breakfast will be your final included meal.
- If you wish to swap the order of your meals, you can request it directly with the accommodation. Their contact details are provided on your confirmation voucher.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).
