El personal es amable y atento, tuvieron un detalle en la habitación por nuestro aniversario.
"The hotel is super old, it needs a lot of money to bring it up to standard. A shame because the rooms themselves are big and have good views. The A/C hardly cooled the room at all. The doors are like paper and super old throughout the hotel. The food is very average. Two out of the 3 elevators were broken.
It's not a hotel to have those 4 stars."
El hotel está súper antiguo, necesita muchos euros para poner el hotel a punto. Una lástima porque en sí las habitaciones son grandes y con buenas vistas. El A/C no enfriaba casi nada la habitación. Las puertas son de papel de fumar y súper antiguas en todo el hotel. La comida muy normalita. Dos de los 3 ascensores rotos.

Las instalaciones y la piscina nos ha encantado. La animación nos ha encantado, Natalia es un amor y muy atenta con los huéspedes. La restauración se buena en cuanta a relación calidad-precio.

El personal del hotel lo mejor! Los trabajadores! En concreto...La limpiadora todo un encanto! Cocinera del desayuno muy agradable! Otra chica del comedor tb y un chico k repartía ponche y hacia mil cosas muy agradable y cercano!
Para ser lo grande que es, es buena opción para desconectar.

Room: imagine a small room for two people... now put in it 2 adults and two children with extra beds and no air conditioning... the nights were a nightmare! The worst part of the experience! I couldn't sleep!
Children's pool a bit dirty... But the adult one super clean!
If you don't have a car it's a very bad option, if you have a car the area is good.
Kitchen: for such a big hotel, not much variety.
