Infants (up to 1 year old included):
- 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults. Only possible in double and triple rooms. If you choose a quadruple room, the hotel will assign you a bed and charge you the corresponding amount.

Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).
- the type of room you book (triple, quadruple, with sea view...).
- the dates you travel (summer season, spring...).
For this reason, you will see the discounts already applied directly during the booking process.
Good to know:
- Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old (included) pay the adult rate. The hotel does not make exceptions in this regard.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- If you are travelling with children, the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- If you are all adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

La ubicación es buena tiene la playa muy cerca. Las piscinas a mi parecer son pequeñas para todos los huéspedes. Los toboganes estan bien. Y la animación son encantadores
The food is quite average, and the lack of education of the woman who cleaned our room on the fourth floor did not even allow us to fill out a complaint form for fear of delaying us... but her responses were quite unpleasant. It is a hotel for 2 or 3 nights at most. Especially if you go now during the season.
La comida es bastante regular,y lanpoca educación de la mujer que nos limpiaba la habitación de la planta cuartano llegamosa poner hoja de reclamación por no entretenernos... pero bastante mal sus contestaciones hacían nosotros.
Es un hotel para 2 o 3 noches como mucho. Y más si vas ahora en temporada.

We were staying at an all-inclusive hotel and the services were only available from 11 am to 11 pm. After that time, you could only ask for water, the bar was open but if you wanted anything else, you had to pay for it, and in my opinion, it should be available until the bar closes.

Te dicen que no se pueden reservar, te vas a desayunar y en 20 minutos ya no queda ni una aunque antes te digan que hasta cierta hora está cerrado , otro día que a las 10, otro día bajas a las 8 y no hay ninguna libre y sin ningún control, la gente se va a la playa y deja las toallas en las hamacas para aparecer por la tarde y nadie dice nada. Es la segunda vez que vamos. Las habitaciones han mejorado mucho aunque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba demasiado. Nos a encantado la animación los chic@s son muy divertidos y habia juegos para todos . Las actividades de por la noche super bien. Bingo muy divertido y pasamos la noche de San Juan allí , hicimos un a pequeña quema y un ritual muy bonito. También unos espectáculos en vivo que nos gustaron mucho. Me gustaría mencionar a los cocineros y encargado del restaurante que me facilitaron comida que les pedí para mi hija que no le gustaba lo que había y los cocineros muy atentos en todo momento. El trato de todo el personal hay sido excelente un 10 para la plantilla.

Otro cosa muy importante que no nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado del restaurante no funcionaba lo dijimos a la llegada y nos fuimos al 4 día seguía sin funcionar era exfisciante tanto para los huéspedes como para los trabajadores que también estaban sudando. Recomiendo mejorar el tema de la comida y los aires acondicionados en las habitaciones.

Para empezar mencionar que no volveré a éste hotel por las principales para mí que son ir de vacaciones. No se puede estar sudando la gota mientras uno come porque el comedor y las zonas comunes no tienen aire así que entre la gente y el calor imagínate.
Por no mencionar la comida que ni estaba bien cocinada ni rica y además te quedabas sin ella porque no reponían.
Por ejemplo un filete de ternera sacan en la plancha unos pocos y cuando vas ya no queda te dicen que ya no queda , vas a pillar tarta de manzana porque la has visto pasar en algún plato y tampoco queda, peeguntas y te dicen...lo siento pero no vamos a reponer más.
Por no decir lo sucio que está todo y los cubiertos ni te cuento.
Deja mucho que desear la limpieza en el comedor.
Es muy pequeño te chocas con la gente.
Muy mal organizado no volveré porque para mí la comida es esencial para ir de vacaciones, y variedad ninguna
