Las bebidas alcohólicas de la cafetería, pese a que eran primeras marcas como whisky J&B, no tenían el sabor habitual de la marca, y con el refresco que lo servían era difícil de beber. Menú en comedor poco variado y respecto a la bebida para un todoincluido es muy limitada. Refrescos de primeras marcas, cervezas de botella, etc. tenías que pagarlas, solo te reducían un 25% el precio. Con lo que no es un todoincluido normal. Incluso para pedir agua embotellada, dado algunos problemas intestinales que tengo, me indicó un responsable de comedor que no lo podía pedir allí. Tenía que traerlo de la cafetería que había en la piscina. En el desayuno igual, tuve que comprar fuera nesquik para mi hijo porque tanto eso como Colacao también te lo cobraban aparte. También me gustaría destacar algo que me ha parecido especialmente positivo: es un hotel muy inclusivo. Durante nuestra estancia coincidimos con varios grupos de personas con discapacidad intelectual y física, y fue muy bonito ver cómo todos podían disfrutar de las instalaciones con total normalidad. Es un aspecto que merece ser reconocido.
Otro punto a favor es que sea un hotel pet friendly. Hemos podido viajar con nuestro perro y todo ha sido muy sencillo y cómodo, algo que agradecemos mucho quienes consideramos a nuestras mascotas parte de la familia.
Como aspectos que podrían mejorar, creo que sería interesante habilitar alguna zona común donde también se pueda estar con los perros, ya que actualmente las opciones son bastante limitadas. Además, en determinados momentos había mucha afluencia en los ascensores, con tiempos de espera elevados, por lo que sería conveniente buscar alguna solución para mejorar este aspecto.
En cualquier caso, nuestra valoración es muy positiva y no dudaríamos en volver.

El trato del personal muy bien y la comida igual , había poca variedad pero la cocina con buen sabor para ser buffet. Las instalaciones muy bien y lo que es la piscina y bar genial , sobre todo por el trato del personal del bar .
