La relación calidad precio del hotel es inmejorable. La comida esta bien, las habitaciones también, la atención no se pueden poner pegas. En definitiva lo recomiendo.
El SPA esta bien, pero tenía algunos servicios que no funcionaban, por lo demás, muy bien.

La comida del buffet no esta al nivel de un hotel de 4 estrellas poca variedad y la calidad del producto muy normal, la carne dura y con poco sabor y creatividad en los platos brilla por su ausencia, los canapés horribles y las tartas industriales y el agua del spa estaba templada

Puse en la nota que era un viaje de aniversario y cuando entramos en la habitación estaba decorada, también nos pusieron una habitación superior con vistas al mar, la comida no era muy variada pero lo importante es que estaba todo muy bueno.

Muy satisfechos con todo. Por el precio de la oferta no se le puede sacar pegas. Personal súper atento y agradable, limpieza general muy buena, para ser temporada baja bastantes servicios. Si te gusta caminar se puede ir a Altea, al faro, etc…Benidorm está al lado y la zona tiene “vida”. La comida está muy bien y hay opciones para todos los gustos dentro de lo esperable en su horquilla de precio. Te dan la posibilidad de picnic(muy básico pero ahí está!!) e incluso de lanzadera a la playa(aunque no la usamos porque caminando es un paseo…).
El Spa necesita una revisión, muchas cosas están cerradas o averiadas. Las habitaciones son de dos camas, cómodas pero algo pequeñas para personas altas. Creo que es un error a estas alturas mantener bañeras en los baños pero aún así el baño era muy correcto. La playa del Albir y de Altea es de piedra, es importante saberlo. Si quieres arena, hay que ir a Benidorm.

Esta un poco alejado de la playa y tienes que coger el coche para todo, hay una buena tirada. Es el único pero pero que puedo poner.

El personal es muy atento. tiene una terraza panorámica ( que tienen que arreglar ) en la que pasarías días enteros.
El hotel en su momento estaba muy bien pero ya necesita reformas en todas sus zonas, da lo mismo hablar de habitaciones con bañera estrecha e incomoda como de las sillas del comedor. La comida es un poco repetitiva ya que no ofrece muchos platos, pero esta buena..
