We had issues upon arrival with the voucher. They told us that drinks were not included and that we did not have access to the spa. We had the voucher printed out, and since it stated spa access, they decided we could use it, but we had to pay for the drinks. This is a complaint I want to file because the offer did not specify that we had to pay for them, and I asked for a receipt of the expense to claim it. I understand that if it is not specified that they are not included, by default, it is understood that they are included. I request a refund of the amount, providing a receipt.
Tuvimos problemas al llegar con el cupón. Nos dijeron que no entraban las bebidas y que no teníamos acceso al spa. Teníamos impreso el cupón y como constaba entrada al spa, decidieron que podíamos usarlo pero las bebidas las tuvimos que abonar. Es una queja que quiero cursar porque en la oferta no constaba que tuvíeramos que pagarlas y pedí factura del gasto para reclamarlo. Entiendo que si no se expecifíca que no están incluidas, por defecto, se entiende que están incluídas. Solicito el reembolso del importe, aportando factura.

El servicio de limpieza de habitación muy eficaz y la habitación amplia. Un balcón con bastante espacio y unas vistas preciosas,en un entorno relajado y cerca de comercios,playa y paseo marítimo. La comida del buffet fresca y de buena calidad. El SPA tenía algunas cosas q no funcionaban pero para lo básico no estaba mal. Personal amable.
I would change the external lighting to give it a warmer feel. We hired through Jump2spain.com and if you do it through that channel, they reduce the Spa time to 45 min. If the hotel were mine, I wouldn't make a distinction because it doesn't mean anything and it leaves the customer with a bad taste in their mouth.
Cambiaría la iluminación exterior para darle un aire más cálido. Contratamos a través de Buscounchollo y si lo haces x esa vía t reducen el tiempo del Spa a 45 min. Sí el hotel fuera mío no haría distinción xq no supone nada y dejas con ese mal sabor d boca al cliente.
