Two out of the seven days, our beds weren’t made. The pool closes at 6 p.m., which is really early! The dinner buffet was pretty basic, just about adequate.

Las camas muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas. Apartamento amplio que limpian cada día de la estancia( aunque para mí no sea necesario).
Las vistas del mío me permitían ver el mar y el bonito jardín del bonito recinto muy cuidado .Amabilidad por parte del personal. Personal de recepción encantador.

There is no air conditioning despite it being stated in the hotel information. It’s true that in that part of the island you can get some breeze by opening the windows (although during heatwaves you can miss having air conditioning).
Evenings — in my opinion — offered little variety and the quality was sometimes not very good. Although some days were better than others.
You can find car park, but it is true that in the late afternoons and evenings you may need to drive around several times and it’s very, very difficult to park right outside. That wasn’t a problem for me, though: if you do find a space, walking a short distance is not an issue.
No hay aire acondicionado aunque se avisa en la info del hotel. Es verdad que en esa parte de la isla abriendo ventanas corre algo de aire ( Aunque haciendo ola de calor en ciertos momentos se puede echar de menos)
Cenas- en mi opinión- con poca variedad y a veces la calidad no era muy buena. Aunque hubieron días mejores que otros.
Aparcamiento encuentras , pero sí es cierto que por las tardes - noches cuesta dar varias vueltas y desde luego en la puerta es muy muy complicado hacerlo. Para mí no ha sido inconveniente porque al final si encuentras sitio, y andar un pelín tampoco para mí es problema.

The location is the worst thing — you have to walk to find any shops, it’s far from the bus stop, and the only advice they give is to take a taxi. The accommodation is almost on the main road and there’s no pavement; by the time you reach the hotel you have to walk on the carriageway and hope a car doesn’t hit you.
The food is very disappointing in both quality and quantity.
The worst part was that I went into the pool and dived a little; afterwards I went to the shower, used the shampoo-gel and washed my hair, and my eyes started to hurt and my vision became blurred. I thought it would pass, but a couple of hours later it was getting worse — I couldn’t read anything, everything was very fuzzy. I went to reception and they called a taxi to take me to a CAP. I arrived and the doctor sent me to another hospital, where there was no ophthalmologist (the money I spent on taxis, ugh), and from there they sent me to the Tenerife National Hospital — quite an ordeal. Fortunately my sight began to return.
The apartments are old and there are many stairs; there is a lift but it only serves some of the apartments.

La comida deja mucho que desear poca calidad y cantidad.
Y lo peor fue que entre a la piscina y he buceado un poco saliendo y me fui a la ducha cogí el shampoo-gel y me lavé el cabello y comenzaron a dolerme los ojos y empecé a ver borroso y pensé que se pasaría y iban un par de horas e iba a peor no podía leer nada, miraba muy borroso, fui a recepción y llamaron a un taxi para irme algún CAP, llego y el médico me envía a otro hospital y en ese hospital no había oftalmólogo ( lo que gaste en taxis uffff) y de ahí me envían al hospital nacional de Tenerife, en fin toda una aventura. Menos mal que comencé a ver otra vez.
Son apartamentos antiguos y tienen muchas escaleras hay ascensor pero solo llega a unos cuantos apartamentos
