as comidas não estavam devidamente sinalizadas se continham glúten ou não. Apenas no 2dia é que foi comunicado que podíamos pedir com antecedência outras opções sem glúten
As piscinas não estavam muito limpas e o chão a volta da piscina bastante escorregadio

Wir fanden das Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen gut. Die Auswahl war angemessen und die Produkte frisch. Es gab Abwechslung. Am Wochenende, wenn mehrere Gäste im Hotel waren, gab es Themenabende. Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg freundlich und das Zimmer sowie die Anlage sauber.
Wir fanden es nicht gut, dass man für den Spa-Bereich eine Badekappe benötigt. Das macht hygienisch wenig Sinn. Gerne hätten wir mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für unsere Kleidung gehabt. Leider war die Wartezeit beim Check-in relativ lang, obwohl nur eine Person vor uns war und sich zwei Mitarbeiterinnen um einen Gast gekümmert haben.

El buffet no tiene muchísima variedad pero a nosotros nos gustó mucho, comida muy rica y se notaba que era casera en su mayoría. Ofrece varias piscinas muy amplias y limpias, mucha tranquilidad. Nosotros teníamos incluido 1h de spa que es ideal para relajarse. Hay zona de sauna, zona fría, jacuzzi y piscina interior, genial. Por último, ofrecen servicio de tren para bajar a la playa.

Hola: Lo que más me ha gustado de éste alojamiento fue el trato de todo el personal! Son muy agradables, atentos, eficientes y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara! La habitación es preciosa, funcional y amplia con balcón incluido. La limpieza de la habitación es perfecta, el bufet muy variado. Todos los días hay platos y estilo diferente en la cena. El desayuno muy completo. El spa estuvo muy tranquilo con diferentes chorros y toalla limpia incluida. El entorno del resort es fabuloso, todo vegetación y campo de golf. La piscina muy bien cuidada! Y por si ésto fuera poco tienes el tren turístico de ida y vuelta hasta la playa de Islantilla e Isla Cristina. Con unas playas inmensas con dunas y parasoles. El paseo marítimo da gusto! Un resort perfecto para desconectar. Lo recomiendo!
