La verdad es que el Hotel está muy bie en cuanto a ñas zonas de exterior, muy bien equipado con buenas piscinas y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable y sienpre te saludan con una sonrisa en la cara. El servicio del trenecito a la playa es perfecto, y las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y con una buena terraza.
What I have missed are nighttime animations, there is nothing, only on weekends and I am talking about a month of July. And a spacious bar where you can enjoy listening to music.
Lo que he echado en falta son animaciones por la noche, no hay nada, solo los fines de semana y estoy hablando de un mes de Julio. Y un bar smplio donde poder estar a gusto escuchando musica.

Habitaciones muy amplias y aparcamiento en el propio hotel
The coordination in general is a disaster: Cleaning can be attempted at 9 in the morning (insistently knocking on the door while you are still asleep) or at 4 in the afternoon, when you are taking a nap after lunch.
On the other hand, a labor inspection should come by: The same waiter who serves you at 9 in the morning for breakfast can be serving you at 11 pm. When does this poor people rest?
There is a train that takes you to the beach but it's packed during rush hours and the last holiday back is at 7 pm, when you are most comfortable at the beach.
There are hotel sunbeds on the beach but they can only be used until 6 pm.
Lastly, the buffet is weak: There is only one type of meat and one of fish at each meal (the fish is terrible), salads (a mix of leftovers from previous meals) and pasta (with tomato or cheese sauce). If you want vegetables, it will be artichokes, green beans or cauliflower at lunch and dinner until you can't take it anymore, and as it runs out, they start adding raisins to make up for it.
For some strange reason, when the hotel was emptiest, they opened both dining areas, leaving the second part almost unused with a lot of leftover food; and on weekends, when it was full, they stopped serving food in the second dining area.
As for the hotel entertainment, nothing special: I have been to hotels with a bit more spirit from the entertainer.
La coordinación en general es un desastre: La limpieza te la pueden pretender hacer a las 9 de la mañana (llamando insistentemente a la puerta cuando aún estás dormido) o a las 4 de la tarde, cuando te estás echando la siesta después de comer.
Por otro lado, debería pasarse por allí una inspección de trabajo: El mismo camarero que te atiende a las 9 en el desayuno te puede estar atendiendo a las 23h ¿Cuándo descansa esta pobre gente?
Tiene un tren que te lleva a la playa pero está a tope en horas punta y el último viaje vuelve a las 19h, que es cuando más a gusto se está en la playa.
También hay hamacas del propio hotel en la playa pero sólo pueden usarse hasta las 18h.
Por último, el bufet es flojillo: Solo hay un tipo de carne y uno de pescado en cada comida (el pescado es malísimo), ensaladas (resultado de la mezcla de las sobras de comidas anteriores) y pasta (con salsa de tomate o de queso). Si quieres verdura será alcachofas, judías verdes o coliflor en comida y cena hasta que te salga por los ojos y, conforme se va gastando, le van echando uvas pasas para que haya más cantidad.
Por alguna extraña razón, cuando más vacío estaba el hotel, habilitaban las dos zonas de comedor, quedando la segunda parte casi en desuso con un montón de comida que sobraba; y el fin de semana, que se llenaba dejaban de servir comida en el segundo comedor.
En cuanto a la animación del hotel, sin más: He estado en hoteles con un poco más de espíritu por parte del animador

The food is of very poor quality, especially at dinner. Breakfast is slightly better but with little variety. The Spa is simply an indoor pool and a small jacuzzi that looks more like a pool for children where it is impossible to relax. If it's not included for free, it's not worth paying for, plus the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There is an outdoor pool for adults but it's full of children and no one is supervising.
La comida es de muy poca calidad, sobretodo en las cenas. El desayuno es algo mejor pero con poca variedad. El Spa es simplemente una piscina interior y un pequeño jacuzzi que parece más una piscina para niños donde es imposible estar tranquilo. Sino te entra gratis no merece la pena pagar, además la limpieza deja mucho que desear.
Hay una piscina exterior para adultos pero está llena de niños y nadie controla.

El hotel es fabuloso, viajamos con la peque de 2 años y hemos dormido perfectamente, la cama muy amplia y la habitación grande y con una bonita terraza. La bañera nos encantó.
El personal muy amable y atento, el buffet muy variado y todo riquísimo.
The location has a lower score because it is not on the beachfront, but they have a train that takes you up and down. Anyway, with the hotel pools, you don't need the beach if you don't want to.
