as comidas não estavam devidamente sinalizadas se continham glúten ou não. Apenas no 2dia é que foi comunicado que podíamos pedir com antecedência outras opções sem glúten

It's a bit lacking in evening activities; the café is small and always full... with the space it has in gardens and elsewhere I think it could improve a lot. The evening events are very short — it can't be that everything finishes at 10:30 and you're almost forced to retreat to your room. This isn't a complaint, it's a suggestion... improving those small details would make it a 10.

A la playa te baja en un trenecito, el parking si lo consigues es gratis, las cenas son temáticas, hay animación para niños pequeños, mayores y adultos, te dan toallas para la playa y piscina gratis, en la playa puedes tener sombrilla y hamaca gratis si llegas a tiempo... En fin un hotel que lo tiene todo muy bien pensado. Es mi segunda vez y no será la última.

We asked for a double bed as indicated in the room booking, but it was two single beds with a topper — the child slept in the middle. We also requested the 2 pm checkout option stated in this package and never received a reply. The room cleaning was a bit lacking, the mini-fridge didn't work and some of the child's food went bad. The buffet, for a four-star hotel, is okay but the food could be of better quality. Reception gave very little explanation and showed little interest, at least towards us. Our room was above the kitchens and was quite noisy.
