- Free access to the hotel's water park, the Twisted Waterpark. This park is the world's first water park for adults, which includes 9 Water Slides, a wave pool and 3 giant whirlpool tubs.
- Furthermore, you will have daily access to the Island Beach Club, which organizes daily pool parties during the summer and includes Balinese beds and relaxation areas. Access to the VIP area is not included.

- ADULTS ONLY HOTEL: This is an Adults Only hotel, no bookings including children will be accepted.
- Maximum room occupancy: 4 adults per room.
- Would you like to book for one person?: The price for a single room is the same as price as for two people in a double room.

A mi entender los horarios de los toboganes y el restaurante algo cortos. Deberían ampliarlos. Hay algo de ruido por las noches.

desayuno muy rico y variado. personale del restaurante muy amable. Nos han dejado hacer una ducha por la tarde despues del check out en una parte del hotel dedicada a eso.
es un nido de ingleses jovenes ruidosos y super exibicionistas! nos han pedido un deposito obligatorio de 30€ cadauno (solo en efectivo) nos han dado un recibo en el medio de otros papeles sin decir que lo hibamos a necesitar para la devolucion, no los han preguntato durante el check out, como si fuera una opcion haber pagato este deposito y nos pidieron el recibo, claramente! un poco engañoso. en el baño ni estaba jabon. las camas eran separadas

La habitación no se limpia solo te cambian las toallas, la ducha perdía agua se encharcaba toda la habitación cada vez que te duchas, los techos de los pasillos colgando, ascensores sin funcionar, a las 21 ya no había servicio de nada ni bar ni restaurantes ni nada donde poder consumir nada ni si quiera pagando, la comida de bajísima calidad la bebida de bajísima calidad, en relación a lo que he pagado ha sido un desastre la publicidad engañosa totalmente a parte de que cuando llegue al estáblecimiento me cobraron tasas de turista por persona y día,en definitiva muy descontento no repetiría ni gratuitamente

La ubicación, muy tranquila. El personal muy bien y atento , y el técnico " Salva " supereficiente que nos arregló la cerradura al instante. El buffet muy variado, aunque de baja calidad, pero por el precio no se puede exigir mas.
El apartamento era en el edificio de enfrente del hotel, fuera de todas las instalaciones. Los muebles malísimos, y la limpieza muy justita.
