Una isla preciosa, las calas alucinantes
The outward journey on Transmed's ship was horrible at night, with very uncomfortable people, very bad food, a quite bad holiday, to be honest. The hotel in general was fine, but the food looked and tasted very bad, there was little food to choose from in the buffet, and for the last dinner we went to eat at 8:30 pm and they told us they were closed because there weren't enough people, even though the closing time is until 9 pm, and they denied us dinner. We filed a complaint at the hotel since dinner is included in the holiday, and they made us lose 30€ from the dinner's value plus what we had to spend eating at an external restaurant.
Also, at the hotel, on Sundays there is no cleaning staff, they don't give you clean towels or anything, I think it's very bad considering it's a hotel in a beach area.
El barco de ida con trasmed de noche horrible, unas butacas muy incómodas, la comida muy mala, un viaje bastante malo la verdad.
El hotel en general bien pero la comida muy mal aspecto y mala de sabor, poca comida en el bufet para elegir y la ultima cena entramos a las 20.30 a cenar y nos dijeron que tenían cerrado porque no había gente cuando el horario es hasta las 21 h y nos negaron la cena , pusimos una reclamación en el hotel ya que la cena está pagada con el viaje y nos hicieron perder 30€ del valor de la cena más lo que nos tuvimos que gastar cenando en un restaurante externo.
Después en el hotel los domingos no hay personal de limpieza ,no te dan toallas limpias ni nada , me parece muy mal siendo un hotel en zona de playa

El hotel esta en una ubicación perfecta, con vistas al mar y en el centro. Las instalaciones son buenas, la piscina muy limpia. El almuerzo perfecto, tienen comida sin gluten, cada día te preguntan y lo cocinan todo aparte controlando la contaminación cruzada.

Está situado en una zona turística pero muy tranquila y agradable. La piscina es grande y hay hichables para los niños (flotadores, colchonetas, etc.) lo que a las 19h se cierra la zona de la piscina.
There were 4 of us (parents and 2 children) and they only have double rooms, so we were placed in separate rooms on separate floors, which was a big inconvenience because we were traveling with children.
Éramos 4 (padres y 2 niños) y solo tienen habitaciones dobles, con lo qual nos colocaron en habitación separadas en plantas separadas, eso fue un inconveniente muy grande porque viajábamos con los niños.

En realidad, la experiencia lo único que tiene de bueno han sido las playas. Punto muy muy positivo, que cuando nos robaron en Valencia, la persona que nos contestó de busco un chollo nos ayudo mucho. Vuestra página bien, el hotel y el ferry....
The ferry without security at night, a drunk man screaming, shirtless, his dog shitting in the corners.... In the hotel, bad experience, although it only has 1 star the minimum is to put clean towels, we had to go down every day to ask for new ones, except for one day we told them not to come in to clean. In addition, everything was stolen in Valencia and we are still fighting with the insurance.
El ferry sin seguridad por la noche, un hombre borracho gritando, sin camiseta, su perro cagandose por los rincones... En el hotel, la experiencia mala, aunque sólo tenga 1 estrella lo mínimo es poner las toallas limpias, tuvimos que bajar todos los días a pedir nuevas, a excepción de un día q dijimos que no entrasen a limpiar. Además nos robaron todo en Valencia y seguimos luchando con el seguro.
