  • Together with your travel documents, which you will receive by email, we will send you all the details regarding the departure and arrival ports.
  • For both the outbound and return journeys, we recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
    • Important: ferry schedules may occasionally change. This is not common, but if it happens, we will inform you as soon as we receive confirmation.
  • Please note that the ferry crossing always takes place overnight, so you will arrive on the island the following morning.
  • Hotel check-in will be available from midday onwards. Until then, you will not have access to your room or rest areas, so we recommend planning your arrival in advance.

Cala Millor: kilometres of white sand and turquoise waters

Its biggest attraction is one of the island’s most spectacular urban beaches, combined with a peaceful European atmosphere and a fantastic leisure scene.

What you can’t miss:

  • A beach straight out of a Caribbean postcard: almost two kilometres of fine white sand and crystal clear waters so transparent they look like a swimming pool. The sea remains shallow for quite a distance, making it ideal for children and perfect for relaxing swims.
  • The seafront promenade: kilometres of flat walkway lined with palm trees. Perfect for cycling, jogging or enjoying a sunset stroll with the sea breeze and lively terraces all around.
  • The natural area of Punta de n’Amer: at the end of the beach you’ll find this protected and untouched peninsula. A beautiful landscape of dunes and pine forests, ideal for a peaceful walk. In the centre stands Es Castillet, a 17th century defence tower with a charming bar where you can enjoy a drink overlooking the sea.
  • Great food without surprises: behind the beachfront, lively pedestrian streets are filled with places to eat. Avoid tourist traps with photo menus and head to local taverns or nearby villages such as Son Servera to try authentic frito mallorquín or a delicious ensaimada at reasonable prices.

Our recommendation: If you fancy exploring beyond the beach, the spectacular Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo are just 15 minutes away by car or bus. A perfect excursion to swap the sunshine for an underground world of lakes, lights and classical music.

Mallorca: sun, sea and unforgettable moments

Mallorca is one of the Mediterranean’s most beloved islands, combining turquoise coves, golden-sand beaches, scenic mountain landscapes, charming stone villages, and a vibrant cultural scene. Ideal for families and couples alike, the island invites you to slow down, explore, and enjoy every moment under the sun.

Make sure you visit:

  • Palma de Mallorca’s Old Town: A captivating mix of Gothic architecture, narrow lanes, elegant courtyards, and lively cafés perfect for an afternoon stroll.
  • La Seu Cathedral: The island’s most iconic monument, rising dramatically by the sea with stunning interiors and views.
  • Serra de Tramuntana: A UNESCO-listed mountain range offering breathtaking panoramas, charming viewpoints, and picturesque villages.
  • Valldemossa & Deià: Two of the most beautiful inland villages, known for their stone houses, artistic heritage, and peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere.
  • Cap de Formentor: A dramatic headland with unforgettable viewpoints overlooking cliffs, forests, and the sea.

Beaches we think you’ll like:

  • Cala Mondragó: A protected natural bay with shallow turquoise water, perfect for families.
  • Es Trenc: Often compared to Caribbean beaches thanks to its white sand and calm, clear sea.
  • Cala Llombards: A small cove surrounded by rocky cliffs and perfect for snorkeling.
  • Playa de Muro: A long sandy beach with gentle waves, ideal for children and long seaside walks.
  • Cala Agulla: A scenic beach framed by pine forests and natural dunes.

Family-friendly activities:

  • Palma Aquarium: A highlight for children, with huge tanks, interactive zones, and Mediterranean species.
  • Vintage train to Sóller: A charming wooden train crossing valleys and citrus groves, ideal for a relaxing family excursion.
  • Boat trip along the coast: Great for spotting hidden coves and enjoying the island from the water.
  • Cuevas del Drach: Fascinating underground caves with a large subterranean lake.
  • Easy hikes in the Tramuntana: Well-signposted routes suitable for beginners and families.

Make sure you try these local delicacies:

  • Ensaimada: Mallorca’s iconic sweet pastry, perfect for breakfast or a mid-afternoon treat.
  • Sobrassada: A soft, slightly spicy cured sausage traditionally spread on bread.
  • Tumbet: A local vegetable dish similar to ratatouille, full of Mediterranean flavours.
  • Arroz brut: A comforting, spiced rice dish prepared with meat and vegetables.
  • Fresh seafood: Especially local fish like “raor” or grilled sardines.

Make the most of your visit and go to ...

  • Sóller & Port de Sóller: A perfect day trip combining mountain scenery, orange groves, and a beautiful seaside promenade.
  • Alcúdia Old Town: A charming medieval walled town with cobbled streets, traditional markets, and Roman ruins nearby.
  • Cabrera National Park: Take a boat tour to this protected archipelago with untouched landscapes and crystal-clear waters.
  • Pollensa: Ideal for culture lovers, with its historic square, art galleries, and the iconic 365 Calvari Steps.
  • Port d’Andratx: A scenic harbour town perfect for a relaxing walk and waterfront dining.

The location is good, in front of the beach and from bars and stores. The hotel was clean
The restaurant: quantity and variety are not expected for a 4*, not even for a 2*!

7.4 Mar Travelled with couple July 2026 The location is ideal! The staff were very friendly and for the price it wasn’t bad.
The room air conditioning hardly blew any air; there was a gap under the door through which the small amount of cool air escaped. The bathroom door got stuck twice, the TV took two hours to find channels on the first day, and the bathroom switch broke.

There is no air conditioning in the main areas, only in the rooms and a little in the dining room; everyone complained, including the staff. Sun loungers are left reserved with towels and nobody enforces it. Worst of all, the air conditioning is so poor you can’t comfortably have a drink at the bar.

4.3 Cristina Travelled with family July 2026 How close the beach is.
Lo cerca que está la playa.
The bathrooms are tiny; if you don’t close the doors you can barely fit inside. The room and various areas of the hotel have little or no air conditioning. Of the four days we stayed, the TV was in another language for three of them and it was impossible to change it. I went to reception three times to report it and their reply was that if I didn’t go and tell them they wouldn’t change it — as if they didn’t know we were Spanish, not Romanian. And finally the food was dreadful: repetitive, aimed at tourists, and completely flavourless. I was travelling with my 11-year-old granddaughter and she didn’t like anything either. On the day of departure, between 6:30 and 7:30 there isn’t even a small picnic for children — is it really so hard for them to remove whatever they offer at 6:30 and only take it away at 7:30 when the restaurant opens? Because, gentlemen, there are guests like me travelling with a granddaughter who had to leave at 7:00, and they weren’t even able to offer her a miserable madeleine. I certainly won’t be returning.

4.3 Maria Del Mar July 2026 I booked Half Board and, regarding the dining room, I had never experienced anything like this: with the dinner cut‑off at 21:30, a waiter in particular went round at 21:15 telling table by table that you had to finish your meal, and at 21:30 they close the dining room and usher people out. Honestly, I think they should warn guests about this because, after all, people should be able to enjoy the service they pay for. I understand the dining room may close at 21:30 but not that guests must leave by then.

5.4 Monica July 2026 The beach right in front and the location
La playa justo enfrente y la ubicación
Air conditioning was awful, the food is not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel — it doesn’t even reach 3-star standard. There was absolutely no entertainment, and they made people get off the sunbeds at 6 pm in the middle of summer. I would never return to this hotel. I don’t know how a deal site can sell this kind of hotel because it will lose customers. I won’t trust the rating anymore — it’s listed as 8.4 but it’s nowhere near that. I have stayed in 3-star hotels that this place would envy.

8.6 Maria De Carmen Travelled with couple July 2026 I felt very comfortable in this hotel, especially because of the location — close to the beach and in a lively area full of shops.
I didn’t like that there are no evening performances, that the All-Inclusive only runs until 11 pm, and above all that the bar closes at midnight and you have to leave.

6.3 Faisal Travelled with family July 2026 The air conditioning in the rooms was very weak and barely cooled. The hotel had no air conditioning in the public areas or in the corridors leading to the rooms; the hotel felt like a sauna and, with humidity around 80%, it was very uncomfortable—even entering the hotel to go to the room. The buffet had very little variety and poor quality. It does not remotely deserve the four stars it has; the only good things were the location and the hotel staff. I did not enjoy the stay at all.
