Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free, sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. Should you stay with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so that we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 14 years old: The first child benefits from a 50% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

With this offer, you have two options:
- Option 1: Book your chosen board basis plus accommodation.
- Option 2: Book your chosen board basis plus accommodation, including round-trip ferry transport to Majorca.
That way, you can decide whether to add ferry transport to your booking. You’ll find all the ferry details below.
Please note: If you choose not to include the ferry, you’ll need to arrange your own travel to Majorca.
About Ferry Travel
- Schedules may vary. While changes are rare, if any adjustments occur, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
- Once you select your travel dates, the ferry schedules for those specific days will be displayed.
- For both departure and return, we recommend arriving at the port 2 hours before the ferry departs.
- Important: The outbound journey takes place overnight, so you’ll spend the night on board.
- During the booking process, you can add vehicle transportation for both outbound and return trips if needed.
- Meals are not included during the ferry journey.
Important Information About Your Ferry Holiday
- Since the outbound trip is overnight, you’ll board and spend your first night on the ferry.
- Your journey will be in an armchair seat while on board.
- For both the outbound and return trips, please arrive at the port 2 hours before departure.
- During the booking process, you can choose to include vehicle transport (both outbound and return).
- Please note that no meals are included in the ferry holiday.
Documentation
How to Make a Booking
- Traveler Names: When booking, please provide each traveler’s full name exactly as it appears on their ID. This ensures all documentation is correctly issued.
Required Travel Documents
- Please check with the relevant authority (embassy, consulate, etc.) regarding required documents.
- A NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) is not valid for travel.
- You may need additional documentation. If you cannot present the necessary documents, boarding will be denied and no refund is possible.
Travel Documentation
- You will receive your final travel documents via email up to 48 hours before departure. These must be printed.
- At the port, you must present the printed travel documents along with valid ID for all passengers. Boarding will not be possible without these.
