7.7 Yazmin Travelled with family September 2026 The location is fine, near km 5. Reception staff were okay. The apartments are well laid out with a small living room, kitchenette, little fridge, hob, bedroom and bathroom. There was only one dishwashing kit — a cloth + sponge and a little Fairy. The apartments are very cute. There’s a pool, but you can only enter with a towel; no drinks or anything. The beach is right next to the complex.

Solo un kit para lavar platos,balleta+ esponja y un poco de Fairy. Estan muy cucos los apartamentos. Hay piscina, pero solo entras con toalla, ni bebidas ni nada. La playa está pegada al complejo.
Things to improve: maintain the intentions of the department a little better. When we stayed, we loved it, but the extractor was broken, with loose wires, and they moved us to another apartment, where we found other problems: the main door didn’t open properly and we got locked in, the water heater kept turning off and maintenance had to come to fix it, so we were left without hot water and the room was like a sauna. They changed our room for a third time to a premium room and we spent the rest of the stay without incidents. They offered solutions and were attentive, so we didn’t leave with a bad experience, which is appreciated. The food and breakfast, although buffet and with a different theme each day, need a lot of improvement.
Cosas a mejorar, mantener un poquito mejor las intenciones del departamento, según nos hospedamos, nos encantó, pero el estractor roto,con cables sueltos y nos cambiaron a otro apartamento, el cual nos encontramos con otros problemas, la puerta principal no abría bien y nos quedamos encerrados 😅, el calentador de agua se apagaba todo el rato y venía el de mantenimiento a reparar, así que sin agua caliente, y la habitación un sauna. Así que nos cambiaron de habitación por 3° vez a un habitación premium y ya pasamos el resto de están sin incidencias. Nos daban soluciones y se preocuparon, porque no nos llevaremos mala experiencia. Y es de agradecer. La comida y desayuno aunque es bufet y temática cada día, debe mejorar mucho.
