The accommodation is located in the tourist city of Benidorm, very close to the Poniente beach.

The hotel has a 24 hour reception, to be able to assist you whenever you need it. The buffet is limited and too repetitive. The gym does not even have two equal grips which makes any routine impossible no matter how basic it may be. The walls are too thin, we could hear people in the rooms on both sides at the same time. I honestly don't understand the 4* rating it holds.
