Desde que llevo viajando en estancia con buscounchollo este alojamiento es el peor que he estado con creces, Hotel sin adornos, cuadros ect muy cutre, por orden a la llegada a las doce de la mañana sin decir ni Buenos días Nos dice la chica que hasta las 15 horas no podemos hacer cheking ya que las Habitaciones no están limpias, no nos da opción ni de dejar las maletas, cuando regresamos está está persona de nuevo y ni siquiera saluda ni nos da la bienvenida, el mostrador lleno de folios facturas amontonadas las llaves de las habitaciones en una bolsa un lugar desastroso sin tener muebles de oficina, procede a darnos la llave sin tarjeta de accionamiento de luz, La habitación sin ningún tipo de adorno, utilizamos toallas y al día siguiente nos ponen las usadas dobladas, tenemos que pedirles unas limpias lamentable, por la mañana bajamos a desayunar que está incluido, y solamente hay una mesa de tres metros con york- queso chorizo y salchichón, donus y croissant, leche café y pan de molde una auténtica basura para pagar 90€ por día con desayuno incluido, mi caso 180€ con desayuno, repito nunca he estado en un sitio que te traten despectivamente y haya está pasividad, siendo este un sector de servicios, deseo que se pongan ustd en contacto conmigo para comentarles con más detalle lo que hemos vivido y comprobado.

Tienen que mejorar todo con carácter general, personal , habitación, limpieza y estancia en general, lamentable No cumplió nuestras expectativas y me parece un timo el precio y el trato comprobando la estancia que hemos disfrutado

La gente no tiene derecho a ponerse enfermos?” Depués de decirle que no era ese el problema, sino que lo lógico es que informen de que ese el servicio no está disponible temporalmente acabó diciendo que ella avisa a quien pregunta porque no todo el mundo cena. Otro aspecto llamativo son las formas de hablar a los clientes al hacer el check-in, que más vale que no tengas dudas ni prisa, porque te van a recibir con una condescendencia y tono súper motivador para empezar unas vacaciones.
