The hotel is not equipped for people with reduced mobility (PRM). Although there is a ramp leading to reception, there is no access for PRMs to the rest of the hotel’s facilities. To get down to the dining room, PRMs had to take smaller lifts, first changing from another lift on a different floor from the ground floor. The main lift was larger, but it did not go to the dining room. You had to take one of the other two lifts, which were smaller, to get down there. There were too few lifts for so many people, and no priority was given to PRMs. We asked staff for help with this, but did not receive any. The temperature in the dining room was uncomfortable. It was difficult to find a table when travelling with PRMs. They cleared away the food before the last sitting had finished, so, for example, we had to get our desserts at the same time as our main courses.
