About the accommodation

The Hotel Mu 4* is located in the tourist area and in the surroundings of the center of the town of Ordino, specifically in the area of La Cortinada.

The hotel has 24-hour reception, ski lockers service, ideal for lovers of snow and skiing and wifi connection in public areas and rooms.

The rooms have television, telephone, heating, desk and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The spa includes a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam baths. Access to the spa is subject to a surcharge.

For the winter season and for snow lovers, the nearest ski resort is about 10 km away (Arcalis) and we are located about 5 km from the cable car of La Massana (Pal-Arinsal), also the Encamp cable car of Grandvalira, is about 14 km away.


Near the accommodation you can find a lot of stores, stores and places of leisure and entertainment. In addition, just 50 meters away there is public transport service.

You can also take the opportunity to go shopping in the shopping capital, as the center of Andorra la Vella is only 11 km away.

2.8 Mariàngels August 2022 res The worst suite of our life. The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars or the Mu franchise, as the corporate image is only on the lights and some wall. Deceptive photos. We paid for a suite and were given a street facing room. We had to stay day and night with the curtains drawn because everyone who passed by on foot or in a car on the street could see us. The shower is tiny and very old, as is the furniture. When we called reception to ask for a change of floor, we were put through to the "manager", who started screaming like crazy and hung up on us. Breakfast very fair and 45 minutes before the end of the hour there was no whip or pastry. The spa is a jacuzzi tub, 4 showers (only one with hot water) and two saunas of which only one worked. They charged me 10 € for parking and instead of giving me a parking space in the closed and covered garage, the night staff insisted that I leave my car on the street, at the door of the hotel. For that, I left it on the street for free and paid nothing because it was a holiday! ?
Me cobraron 10 € de parking y en vez de darme plaza en la cochera cerrada y cubierta, el personal de la noche, insistía en que dejase mi coche en la calle, en la puerta del hotel. Para eso, lo dejaba gratis en la calle y no pagaba nada por ser festivo! 🙁

Excellent 10 Ana Maria Travelled with family April 2025 We all loved it, the rooms are perfect with every detail, it is the first hotel that we put 2 pillows a cushion per bed and that is appreciated because each one we like a thickness, the bathroom was very clean and with gel shampoo moisturizer, glasses, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels.very good food for breakfast buffet and varied and dinners a la carte so you choose what you want ?The service is given by MAXI spectacular service we loved especially my daughter who is very observant with how small it is and even she commented that it was very good also thank Camil who is in the breakfast and is a lovely girl, the truth are all very friendly and charming polite and attentive ?The spa is tiny but you book it and you have it to enjoy alone and the company you bring and is to detail with their towels gel to give you a shower before leaving, we loved the location we loved separate from the center to enjoy the tranquility and if you want to go is not far, what else to say THANK YOU THANK YOU we were great and certainly repeat and THANK YOU Maxi, Camil and the whole team
Nos ha encantado a todos, las habitaciones perfectas con todo detalle, es en el primer hotel que nos ponen 2 almohadas un cojín por cama y eso se agradece porque cada cual nos gusta un grosor, en el baño estaba muy limpio y con gel champú crema hidratante, vasos, secador, papel wc y toallas.La comida muy buena para el desayuno bufé libre y variado y las cenas a la carta así que eliges lo que te apetezca 😊,el servicio lo da MAXI espectacular su servicio nos encanto sobre todo a mi hija que es muy observadora con lo pequeña que es y hasta ella comentaba que era muy bueno también darle las gracias a Camil que está en los desayunos y es un encanto de chica, la verdad todos son muy amables y encantadores educados y atentos 😊, el spa es pequeñito pero lo reservas y lo tienes para disfrutar tu solo y la compañía que lleves y está al detalle con sus toallas gel para darte una ducha antes de salir, a nosotros la ubicación nos encantó separados del centro para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y si quieres ir no está lejos, que más decir MIL GRACIAS estuvimos genial y sin duda repetiremos y GRACIAS Maxi, Camil y a todo el equipo
