Improved facilities from the 60's. The food was very basic. The pool hours should be extended, we were never able to use it.

Excellent 6.4 Leticia Travelled with couple May 2025 The hotel is quite old left, very old and dirty carpet, but the location is very good is central and without being right where all the giris and bustle, what we liked most about the room were the very comfortable beds and the TV you can have Netflix and many more channels to watch movies for free. The breakfast was good but the dinners we did not dine almost there because it was lousy quality and bad. I want to highlight Beatriz the room girl who attended us super friendly very helpful and also helped me when she knew I needed to take some infusions and offered me a kettle for my entire stay, her kindness and commitment to her work excellent.
El hotel está bastante viejo dejado, moqueta muy antigua y sucia, pero la ubicación está muy bien está céntrico y sin estar justo donde todos los giris y bullicio, lo que más nos gustó de la habitación fueron las camas muy cómodas y la televisión puedes tener Netflix y muchos canales más para ver películas gratis. El desayuno bien pero las cenas no cenamos casi allí porque era calidad pésima y malo. Quiero destacar a Beatriz la chica de sala que nos atendió super amable muy servicial y además me ayudó cuando supo que necesitaba tomar unas infusiones y me ofreció un hervidor para toda mi estancia, su amabilidad y compromiso con su trabajo excelente.
As I said the hotel itself needs a reform, and remove that dirty carpet that does not give a good image, fair cleaning because on Sundays there is no cleaning service, and some of the guys at the reception not very friendly ... The price was good for me because it was a deal but I wouldn't pay more than what Page paid for that hotel.
