La atencion del personal del hotel ha sido excelente, tanto en la recepcion, como el personal a cargo de la atencion en las comidas, y tambien el personal de limpieza. La calidad y variedad de las comidas y bebidas muy buena.
El hotel muestra falta de mantenimiento, especialmente en jardines y caminos internos que llevan a las habitaciones. La playa es sumamente pequeña y de una arena mezclada con alquitran que la hace desagradable. Tambien debo comentar que el transporte publico , tal como ustedes lo habian avisado, es de muy poca frecuencia y las paradas estan mal señalizadas.

Los animadores del resort eran muy amables y divertidos, siempre intentaban entendernos y ayudarnos. La recepción muy bien también.
La comida del buffet era muy repetitiva, prácticamente siempre era la misma. Además, llamamos para preguntar si habían opciones vegetarianas antes de ir y nos dijeron que sí, pero las únicas opciones eran patatas fritas y pizza de queso. Otro punto importante es que prácticamente nadie hablaba inglés ni castellano, fue difícil entendernos en todo momento.

El mayor cotratiempo se ocasionó, precisamente,al enviarnos un mail con un hotel erróneo. Precisamente se solucionó gracias a las gestiones de Alicia, del hotel, que nos dedicó mucho tiempo. Es verdad que finalmente no tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, pero, después de toda la demora del barco (llegamos al hotel a las 17.30!), fuimos de susto en susto, lo que afectó las vacaciones. PENOSA EXPERIENCIA con viajes Grimaldi. Cantidad de horas de espera y continuas alteraciones de horarios de salida.
