Estuvimos una hora y media esperando a que nos dieran la habitación. Llegamos a las 15:15 a hacer el check in y había una cola impresionante. A esa hora si se puede hacer el check in deberían estar todas las habitaciones listas. Estuvimos ahí la noche del mundial y empezaron a armar jaleo fuer en la calle y se oía TODO. Parecía que los coches y la gente gritando estuvieron dentro de la habitación. Teníamos dos camas de matrimonio para los 4 y no pudimos juntarlas como hacemos siempre ya que eran pesadísimas.

Durante la instancia la chica de recepción fue encantadora.
Tendrían que mejorar las camareras trabajan con mala cara e incluso hacían como que no te escuchaban cuando simplemente las llamabas para que te sirvieran la bebída,una noche nos llegaron a quitar hasta los cubiertos cuando nos levantamos a por el postre ya que es buffet y en otro momento me llegaron a retirar el plato sin terminar la comida. La habitación no es ni por asomo la de la imagen ya que nos pusieron en una habitación con dos camas enormes y cuando reclamamos nos enseñaron otra de peor calidad y con vistas a la pared,así que decidimos quedarnos con la primera ya que era de mayor categoría y por lo que habíamos pagado. Para nada es un hotel de 5 estrellas como mucho sería de 3.

No es un hotel de 5estrellas pero por la limpieza, el personal y los servicios que ofrecen. Cuando llegamos en el baño de la habitación había un trozo de chocolate en el suelo, allí estuvo hasta que nos fuimos, lo que demuestra que Limpian nada más que lo que se ve por encima. Uno de los días no nos hicieron la habitación porque llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y seguía sin hacer. En el desayuno había que estar avisando para que llamaran al cocinero porque siempre estaba dentro y no en el puesto de las tortillas. Las máquinas de café son lentísimas, ronda el minuto por café, por lo que imagina en hora punta las colas, porque sólo hay 2. El spa del hotel es lo peor. Reservamos la hora gratuita que incluye la estancia. Cuando llegamos no había nadie, y pensamos que dado que es realmente diminuto, estaríamos solos. A los pocos minutos llegó una familia de 4, no nos pareció mal estar 6 personas, pero no más porque realmente es pequeño. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando vemos de nuevo entrar a 8 personas más!!! No hay aforo para 14 personas. Es solo una piscina de apenas 7x4, un baño turco que caben 3, y una sauna lo mismo. Estábamos todos dentro del agua quietos sin movernos porque no cabía la gente, realmente vergonzoso. Y lo peor que si o si tienes que pagar por alquilar el albornoz, ni más ni menos que 5€. Es un servicio que en 5 estrellas siempre está incluido, vergonzoso

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends
