Excellent 10 Samuel Travelled with family May 2025 The service was incredible, the breakfast was basic but everything that was there looked very good. Excellent location for visiting Andorra la Vella and the facilities and spa were perfect.

Excellent 7.1 Rosa Travelled with couple May 2025 The room is large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and it is well located. The breakfast is very varied.

The condition of the rooms does not correspond to a 5 star hotel. Lack of maintenance, the bathroom and furniture is not well maintained. The spa is an aquapark for children. They were throwing themselves into the mini-pool and no one controlled it.

The room, without being deficient, was not exactly what was expected for a 5 star hotel. The buffet dinner on Sunday was very different from the rest of the days, probably due to the lower number of guests, but with hardly any variety.

Very good 10 Eva Travelled with couple April 2025 Nothing negative to say, I stayed one night with breakfast and everything was very good, spacious and clean room, breakfast is really very good and the staff very friendly. It should be noted that it is not a SPA, it is a heated pool (besides I am short and did not touch) with sauna and showers but well that hour of relaxation is appreciated. The location is great.
