Me encanto la ubicación del hotel, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver. El personal en general bastante agradable, mucho mas los camareros qe la gente de limpieza y recepción,el primer dia llegamos un poco tarde a comer aunque dentro del horario, pero nos dieron la comida incluso nos ofrecieron si queriamos algo mas y nos llevaron el postre a la mesa . La comida muy rica.
Estaba limpio pero habia que recordar todos los dias que limpiasen la habitacion porqe sino nadie lo hacia. Pedimos una toalla mas porque eran muy pequeñas y nos la negaron, solo las cambiaban cada tres dias. El buffet muy pobre habia poca variedad, en los 4 dias que estuvimos siempre pusieron lo mismo o casi lo mismo de desayuno comida y cena. En los picoteos de entre horas de todo incluido el bar estaba cerrado y una vez qe pedimos agua dentro del horario les costó abrirnos y darnosla.

La comida mala y con poca variedad, el todo incluido un timo, tenias solo unas pocas al día que lo incluía y además no había de casi nada, por poner un ejemplo en vez de coca-cola, te servían en un vaso sin hielos cola de una botella de marca blanca, y de snacks mejor ni hablar, porque no hay nada. En la habitación nos encontramos sangre en la pared de la ducha y la limpieza muy justa. La disposición de los trabajadores más bien escasa. El último día después de pedir a un taxi que nos lleve al hotel después de tomar algo por la noche, el taxista nos informa de que la zona es peligrosa, que hay prostitutas y mucha droga en esas calles. When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
