Para la época que era, estaba muy lleno el hotel y había que hacer bastante cola para entrar a los buffets. Había poca animación en el mismo hotel en invierno. En PortAventura también hay demasiada escolas y antiguamente daban 2 pases express por estar alojado en el hotel y ahora no hasta este servicio que era muy recomendable. Las sábanas de la habitación no eran del tamaño de la cama y se quedaron muy cortas, y las mantas tampoco eran muy adecuadas, el colchón sí era cómodo en la cama principal, no era cómodo el sofá cama para niños.

La cama principal era cómoda pero las sábanas no se ajustaban a la cama y se quedaban cortas! las mantas tampoco eran muy adecuadas... y el sofá que se hacía cama para los niños era muy incómodo. En hoteles de la misma compañía hay literas para las habitaciones cuádruples y en esta ocasión eran prácticamente iguales todas las habitaciones aún pagando más dinero por habitación.

Habitaciones se escucha todo (falta insonorización), algo exagerado, parece que estén en tu habitación los de arriba o los de al lado 😅 La sensación era que el hotel tenía los servicios al 25% (luz, parking, ascensores) Además muy lejos de port aventura, podían poner un servicio circular de transporte que ayudase sobretodo a gente con problemas de movilidad.
