El buffet muy bueno.
El segundo dia abandose la habitacion a las 8:30 de la mañana para hacer excursiones, antes de marchar puse el cartel en la puerta en verde para que la limpiadora supiese que la habitacion estaba vacia, pues regrese a las 22:30 de la noche y estaba todo sin tocar, las toallas en el suelo mojadas y todo tal y como lo deje, nos tuvimos que secar con las toallas mojadas... Muy triste para un horel 4 estrellas, llame a recepcion para informar y me contestaron que no se podia hacer nada que la camarera de guardia ya se habia marchado. Al siguiente dia puse una reclamacion y aun estoy esperando unas disculpas. Muy triste la verdad pero bueno no repetire en ese hotel seguro.

Haber tenido la posibilidad de acceso al Spa es un plus a tener en cuenta ya que disfrutamos del mismo. En general estuvimos muy a gusto y no dudaría en volver a repetir mi estancia. El trato del personal del hotel fue atento y correcto en todo momento.

Tienes q esperar una hora para q te hagan un simple perrito xq sólo hay una persona para cocinarlo y para servir las bebidas. La comida del buffet deja mucho q desear. Para nada comida de un cuatro estrellas. Una pena que un hotel con tan pocos años esté tan dejado. Deberían cuidar bastante más el servicio. ( No te pueden decir q o te hace la habitación a las 10 o ya no pasa x ahí , cuando el servicio de limpieza es hasta las16) Tienes q ponerte de morro español, para q vean q no te vas a callar si no te la hacen o no te sirven xq ya han limpiado la plancha cuando estas dentro de los horarios establecidos.
