primero .cuando llegue ya de entrada me dijo el resecionista.que tenia que dejar 20 euros por el mando de la tele.segundo cuando subí la tele no iva .le dije que lo miraran y luego me dise que era un problema que no podian solucionar asta el lunes vamos los 3 dias sin tele .luego le digo que me de la clave del wifii me dise le tengo que pagar 2 euros .y le respondo ya que no hay televisión almenos debería darme wiffi me responde que el tenia que facturar .la verdad una de sección .este señor no tenia ni una poca de verguensa ..la verdad es que me vine antes de este hotel ni siquiera me quede a el almuerzo .. esa opinión me llevo del festa brava un hotel 3 estrellas.y la verdad que me arrepiento de no ver puesto una oja de reclamacion.porque yo trabajo de cara al publico y estas no son maneras de atender a un cliente ...buscochollo tenerlo en cuenta por favor

El precio fenomenal.
La comida malisima, el personal muy antipatico y ademas nos digueron que la television no funcionaba, la encendimos manualmente y iba perfectamente. Encima el de la mañana nos digo que teniamos que dejsr 20euros de fianza y el de la noche que no, que la television no iba. Muy mentirosos. La comida podria estar mucho mejor ya que es bufet libre estaba incomestible, encima el zumbo de las mañanas asqueroso igual que el cafe. Nosotros no volveremos.

El trato de los que se cuidaban del comedor era genial muy agradables!
No me ha gustado la limpieza de las habitaciones, la comida (todos los zumos del desayuno eran en polvo sabian todos igual i fatal, los croisanes duros... la bebida tenias que pagarla a parte logico pero despues del palo que te daban te ponian un baso de cortado para beber una coca cola... ) y que la primera noche no tuvimos ni television ya que no funcionava y hasta el dia siguente no nos la quisieron arreglar!

La comida no esta mal, aunque poca variedad y falta dulces. La señora del comedor simpatica.
El señor de recepcion de la tarde, antipatico y poco eficiente. Estuvimos un dia sin televisor.No se veian los canales. No tuvimos que canviar de habitacion por el ruido de la extraccion de humos que pasaba cerca de la habitacion. Pero teniamos dos habitaciones contiguas, que no nos pudieron recolocar con la escusa que no tenian, que tenian dos plantas cerradas, cosa que el dia despues comprovamos que era mentira. Las paredes y ventanales no tenian aislamiento ninguno Pese ser el 80%/de clientes nacional, los horarios de comedor era para extrangeros, cenas de 19:00 a 21:00h. Sin ningun servicio extra de actividad. Parecia un dos estrellas. No lo recomendaria a nadie.
