7.7 Beatriz Travelled with couple April 2017 El personal del hotel es muy atento y te ayudan en todo lo que les pidas; al llegar nos invitaron a tomar unas copitas de vino de Oporto en el bar y luego nos dieron unos folletos descuento, con 20%dto para visitar Portugal dos pequeniños ( la entrada adultos cuesta 9,95€) y un 10%dto en comida/cena en el hotel( nosotros cenamos la última noche allí y nos encantó, la comida estaba riquísima, tenian en el menú dos platos elaborados con bacalao, que acompañamos con un vino blanco recomendado por el camarero y terminamos con un postre de productos típicos de Coimbra y nos salió la cena a muy buen precio). Destacaría del hotel sus jardines y sobretodo un rinconcito muy acogedor en el centro del jardín, tiene unos bancos para sentarse bajo la sombra que nosotros aprovechamos un día para improvisar un picnic y poder contemplar toda la ciudad de allí.El hotel dispone de un bus ciudad-hotel/hotel-ciudad con diferentes horarios con lo cual te puedes mover por ciudad sin necesidad de usar coche. Con un par de días son suficientes para visitar Coimbra. Una piscina en el hotel sería ideal, después de visitar la ciudad nos vendría muy bien un chapuzón refrescante. Good

Muy bonita, pero con muchas cuestas, escaleras y todo empedrado Cambiaria la bañera por ducha. Todos los dias se desimantaba la tarjeta y habia que bajar otra vez a recepcion. Deje una de las tarjetas puestas en la red y la responsable de limpieza, la quito y se la llevo. NADIE puede llevarse nada de una habitacion de una cliente. Puse una queja. Average

8.3 Abelardo Travelled with couple February 2017 El hotel es un tres estrellas pero no tiene nada que envidiar a un cuatro estrellas, personal, habitación, limpieza, comida, todo muy bien Alojaron a un par de grupos de adolescentes (creo que un club deportivo) en la misma planta que nosotros, sabemos lo que son los adolescentes, ruido de abrir y cerrar puertas, carreras por los pasillos, carcajadas, gritos etc hasta altas horas de la madrugada, y después se levantaron a las siete de la mañana y de nuevo los ruidos, se avisó a recepción pero no consiguieron evitar estos inconvenientes, Very good
