me dieron un apartamento que habia que cruzar una carretera de doble sentido con 4 carriles. el apartamento estaba muy sucio, viejo y deteriorado. Yo llevo ahorrando bastante tiempo para que en mis vacaciones poder estar a gusto y no fue asi. Pedi que me cambiaran para estar mas cerca del restaurante y de las instalaciones y no tener que cruzar la carretera ya que estoy embarazada de riesgo y la respuesta fue que habia gente que habia pedido vistas a la piscina. al 4 dia consegui que nos cambiaran y el siguiente apartamento estaba igual de sucio, unos rincones de no haber fregado nunca y los colchones imposibles de dormir. puse 3 mantas debajo para conseguir no clavarme los muelles. la comida horrorosa, con decir que 3 dias decidi irnos a la calle y perder el todo incluido. para desayunar ni tomate para la tostada. nunca cambian la variedad de comida, con comer el primer dia ya sabes que te vas a encontrar los demas, encima de muy poca calidad. y el todo incluido es mas bien pension completa, porque si quieres un cubata solo es de 20:00 a 23:00, ademas que cuando lo pruebas decides no pedir ninguno mas, te ponen el refresco sin gas.Las zonas comunes huelen muy mal y sucias. Si quieren mi opinion, no contraten este hotel, ya que la sensacion que se queda es de estafados, yo viajo bastante y es el peor hotel donde he estado.
