What does your booking include?

• Access to 2 haunted tunnels (The Butcher of Penitence, REC® Experience) if your stay includes only nights from Monday to Friday. These are the ones open on weekdays.
• Access to 5 haunted tunnels (The Cursed Island, The Living Death, The Butcher of Penitence, Angkor: the Legend of the Cannibal King, and REC® Experience) if your stay includes Saturday and/or Sunday nights.

What are these terror passages like? They are immersive routes located in different parts of the park, each with its own theme. You will walk through tunnels and rooms, completely dark, inhabited by terrifying creatures that... BAM! They can scare you at any moment. Only for the brave! Will you dare to try them all?

How do I use them?

• Along with your tickets, the hotel reception will give you a printed Halloween Passport (that’s the name of this type of ticket). Just show this ticket at the entrance to each passage, they will scan it, and enjoy!
• Access is only valid on the date shown on the e‑ticket, subject to the calendar and opening hours of each passage.

Good to know: Each passage has its own calendar and opening hours, as well as rules and access restrictions. Check the schedule and opening hours of each passage to plan your day in the park. If you don’t visit any of the passages, no refunds will be possible. Minimum age: 12 years if accompanied by an adult, 14 years to enter alone.

• With this offer, you’ll stay in a 4★ hotel inside the resort. The hotel cannot be chosen, as it is assigned directly by the park, but every option is fantastic.
• Your hotel will be confirmed the afternoon before your arrival.
• You’ll receive an email with the name of your hotel, then all that’s left to do is pack your bags and enjoy your getaway.

How do the park tickets work?

Getting your tickets is incredibly easy.

• Once you complete the online check-in, the hotel staff will provide you with a card.
• This card will be both your room key and your park ticket.
• In your confirmation voucher, you’ll find a link to complete the online check-in.
• You can also do this at the self check-in machines available at the hotel reception.

When can I access the park?

• You can start enjoying the park first thing in the morning.
• With your card, you’ll be able to enter the park even before your room has been assigned. Rooms are available from 15:00.
• Exception: dates when the park is closed during the week.
• Check the opening calendar here
• On your day of departure, you must leave your room before 11:00.
• However, you can still access the park and continue enjoying the attractions for the rest of the day, within opening hours.
