Quiero empezar diciendo que Luis o Louis, disculpa si lo escribo mal, la persona que dirige el comedor/buffet ha sido un encanto, cada comida se te acercaba com una sonrisa, super atento y profesional. Gracias por transmitir alegria y cercania. Continuando con la reseña he leído muchos comentarios negativos, pero en mi caso todo ha ido bien, he pasado 3 dias y 2 noches y nos cambiaron las toallas y hicieron la cama, habia productos de ducha en el baño y el aire funcionaba correctamente. La comida del buffet te daba diversas opciones dentro de no una gran variedad, pero habia desde ensaladas, pastas, pescados, carnes, frutas, fritos cualquiera podria comer sin problemas y a mi parecer estaba bastante buena( probe casi todas las opciones que habían). Sobretodo lo que llevara salsa de tomate, tanto en diferentes pastas como en pizza la verdad que la note muy buena.
El hotel esta bien situado y tiene dos piscinas. Ademas llegamos un poco antes y nos dejaron pasar. Gracias por la estancia!

2 - In the afternoon, he gave us the leftover breakfast: two small custard pastries and two chocolate ones. At 7 pm!!
3 - With the excuse that there was a problematic group, direct access doors to the pool were closed and you had to walk all the way round to get in.
4 - During the days we stayed the room was never cleaned. I insisted as soon as we arrived because I had seen comments and, according to Tony, you had to remove the key card; we did that, and I also told a cleaner on the other side of the building, who said she would tell her colleagues who worked that side... but nobody ever came. The corridor outside the rooms was full of fluff and broken glass.
5 - In my opinion the service is poorly managed; the manager has it badly organised and there are too few staff for so many guests. Many thanks to Francisco for his willingness to help.

1-Nada más llegar a la 15 h , nosotros entrábamos con la cena, pero el gerente nos enseñó la cocina y si queríamos comer lo que quedaba... un plato de macarrones blancos con tomate y ensalada para los 4, todo de buena voluntad pensé yo...como se va a tirar... pero no! Ya habíamos comido, la salida así , sólo sería con el desayuno. Ojo! No os engañe.
2- Por la tarde, nos dio las sobras del desayuno, 2 napolitanas pequeñas, de crema y 2 de chocolate. A las 19 h!!
3- Con escusa de que había un grupo conflictivo se cerraban puertas de acceso directo a la piscina y tenías que dar la vuelta completa para entar.
4- En los días que estuvimos no nos hicieron la habitación. Insistí nada más llegar porque había visto comentarios y según, Tony, había que quitar la tarjeta, eso hicimos, y también se lo.comenté a una limpiadora que había en el otro lado del edificio, ella me comentó que se lo.decia a las compis que llevaban este lado.. pero eso nunca debió ocurrir porque no se pasó nadie. Y el pasillo de las habitaciones estaba lleno de pelusa, cristales sucesivos.
5- En mi opinión hay una mala gestión del servicio, el gerente lo tiene mal planteado, tiene pocos trabajadores para tantas personas. Agradecer a Francisco su disposición y ayuda.

El comedor, además, estaba tan frío que casi hacía falta bufanda, y el olor permanente a fritura nos acompañó como recuerdo “aromático” hasta la habitación. Mi mujer y yo terminamos duchándonos después de la cena para quitarnos el perfume a fritanga y guardamos la ropa en bolsas, por si acaso seguía viva.
El desayuno no se quedó atrás: poca variedad y los huevos fríos, porque al parecer en este hotel calentar comida ya es pedir demasiado. Y la cena del día siguiente superó todas las expectativas… las negativas, claro: mala como la primera, pero además fría. Un logro.
Cuando me quejé al gerente —o al dueño, o al señor que pasaba por allí, nunca lo sabré— obtuve a cambio un maravilloso silencio. Ni una explicación, ni una disculpa, ni siquiera un triste “lo siento”. Y al marcharnos, nada: ni adiós, ni gracias, ni un gesto. Supongo que la cordialidad también estaba… fría.
