Des que llegamos ya empezamos a tener problemas, llegamos a las 13 y hasta las 14 no podíamos entrar, nos dijo que nos llamaría, y teniendo media pensión pues vamos a comer y la cena nos vamos a fuera, y nos digo que no se puede cambiar, que solo teníamos desayunos y cena nos fuimos a fuera a comer a un bar, para hacer tiempo, volvimos al hotel alas 14:40, y me dice la chica, te an llamado y le digo no pero mira la hora que es, y me contesta, puedes entrar a partir de las 14 hasta las 15:30, empecé a pelear con la chica, que la habitación no estaba lista, y le dije po dame otra habitación y dice que no es posible, dice que tiene aparcamiento el hotel, sii en la calle que hay un llano para aparcar todo el mundo para ir a la playa, la comida regular, la bebida te las tienes que pagar tú, una botella de agua 5'96€,
Le sobran 2 estrellas a este hotel, después de cenar, nos fuimos a la habitación, porque no había nada de animación ni para los niños ni para los padres, la cena había más postres que comida, lo mejor el desayuno, en fin lo que se que yo na volveremos más a este hotel, hay 4 ascensores y funciona 2, un desastre muy caro para lo que es,
